They Ignored my directive to not install new parts and did so while I was not home to stop…read morethem...then charged much more than quoted. $$$ was an issue at the time and I received a huge bill I was not prepared to pay. They refused to stand by their bid and insisted I pay the extra fees (which were NOT a part of the bid) as they had already installed the equipment. Needless to say, it took me some time to pay off the fees. If you enjoy being taken advantage of financially and lied to, then Oceanside pools is the company for you.

Had to do an urgent gut renovation -- Shoreline Pools (Chris) was fantastic -- they told us what needed to be done exactly, gave us an estimate very quickly and finished a massive amount of work in 18 days in the middle of summer, 2 days earlier than estimated schedule. Now we have a gorgeous and functional pool. The guys were very hardworking and put in quality materials. They worked together as a team incredibly well - different specialties throughout the process, it was amazing to watch. Though I hope we don't need to do it again, I would trust them to get anything done with regard to pools in a heartbeat!
