I feel I need to warn others of what we are going through. CPCS was hired to fix a hole in our…read morepool wall, replace the waterline tiles and repaint the pool. The hole after being patched still leaked and part of the patch has already crumble off. The waterline tiles, grout, and mortar used was not rated for pools. It was stated on the product that it was "for "interior use only" ((Omnigrip Tile Adhesive, Simplest Thinset Mortar (unsure the grout used)). Immediately we had issues with tiles falling off and gray staining in the pool from the mortar deterioration once the pool was filled. When we requested that these issues be addressed: CPCS/Erlon said they would come backing and fix when the answer was unacceptable and they know they had not done a professional job they returned our deposit. Leaving us to scramble in late June to try to salvage any use of our pool for the summer season.

They were a my house less than an hour and charged almost $500.00 and did not find the leak. They said there were few hair line cracks in the spill over spa, which did not lose any water during the winter when it was closed. However, the pool was down approximately 6 feet of water, when we took the cover off the pool this spring.The shallow end was completely dry. When I called them a few days ago, I was told I should call the people who closed the pool, The woman who answered the phone said if they came out again it would be minimum of $250. Are you kidding me??? Why would I keep paying them to do nothing??

All of our pets are very well taken care of, healthy and shots up to date. Of course the report was u founded but if you believe that there is an issue in someone's home, talk to the homeowner. You don't report them. I suspect maybe race played a role in this too but unsure why someone would have the audacity to violate your trust and not communicate their concerns directly to the home owner.
