Had to do an urgent gut renovation -- Shoreline Pools (Chris) was fantastic -- they told us what needed to be done exactly, gave us an estimate very quickly and finished a massive amount of work in 18 days in the middle of summer, 2 days earlier than estimated schedule. Now we have a gorgeous and functional pool. The guys were very hardworking and put in quality materials. They worked together as a team incredibly well - different specialties throughout the process, it was amazing to watch. Though I hope we don't need to do it again, I would trust them to get anything done with regard to pools in a heartbeat!

Dave was the only one who was quick to respond, and despite not being an existing customer, happy to help. He talked me through some troubleshooting over the phone, and the issue was fixed in minutes. He saved me quite a bit of money on an unnecessary service call, and was happy to do so. He was thorough and knowledgable. I can't recommend him enough!
