I was looking for a 2 bedroom apartment to be closer to my kids, my bf and I went in and filled out…read morethe app and gave all documents needed, they were so nosy and so unprofessional asking where we met if we got a divorce, why there was another name on my bank account (my ex husband) and then when they received our reference from our current apartment we had a couple late payments and Marinas (or whatever her name is) response was "you don't pay your rent on time or what?" So unprofessional, was so afraid to say no sorry the late payments is a problem, she said um we will let you know because we don't tolerate late rent at all. So rude ! They should lower their criteria for renting an apartment and their old outdated broken down apartment complex, so happy we dodged this bullet!!! MARINA OR WHATEVER YOUR NAME IS GO SEE A DENTIST PRONTO!

If I could give this place a negative score I would!!! This is one of the worst apartments I have…read moreever lived.. Don't not bring your family to live here!!! It's one of the worse living conditions, SPECIALLY customer service I have ever experienced!!! when I first moved in there was mold seem like they just painted over it then within time it showed everywhere!!! Took forever to get them to clean it up properly...I had to get the city involved because they weren't not doing anything about it.. this there type of customer service you will get here... THE WORST ITS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THE STAFF DOSENT HELP THAT THEY ARE RELATED THEY ARE UNRESPONSIVE, THEY ALL HAVE A ATTITUDE ALL THE TIME, OFTEN COMING ACROSS AS ANNOYING BY MY INQUIRIES.. Find somewhere else to live the disrespect and headaches the neglectful management and poor service is NOT WORTH IT!!! LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!

This review is a long time coming. We've sat on these complaints for a month…read more Very frustrated with how conflict gets "handled" We were informed by Jennifer at the Leasing Office that we are allowed to park in any numbered spot as long as we have a parking permit displayed. Both my boyfriend and I heard this statement clearly. I had also repeated this question at least three times to clarify, and her answer was always the same We were towed for unknowingly parking in someone's assigned numbered spot, which we had been misinformed about, as we NEVER would have parked in anyone's spot and risked getting towed if we knew the numbered spots were assigned (which we were told by the STAFF that they were NOT assigned) Talked to the property manager and were told we "misunderstood" multiple times (when really, their employee misspoke), even though the property manager hadn't been there for the conversation when her employee told us we could park anywhere. We didn't receive any sort of apology for the misinformation that cost us $700, as they wouldn't take accountability. She said she called the towing agency owner but he was on vacation. This was exactly a month ago, and she never followed up with the owner It also felt a little insulting that she said she'll simply send out an email to prevent this from happening to other tenants, and basically there's nothing they can do for us and we are the "learning example" At the end, she asked if there's anything I could do about my negative review. This last request showed that they don't seem to care how us tenants feel, and only how we portray them to others, as my concerns were hardly addressed but they wanted me to take down or edit my review Around the same time, we asked them to address the mountain of rotting food trash next to our parking spot. Unsure if it belongs to the owner of the parking spot next to ours, or the previous owner of our parking spot, so we asked the leasing office to check on it. Jennifer said she will send someone to have a look. Again, a whole month passes without a follow-up. The contents are getting more disgusting and unsightly every day Previously, the property manager was upset that I said nobody is ever inside the leasing office, picking up phone calls, nor responding to emails even during office hours a majority of the time. She claimed this was not true and implied I was coming in during lunch breaks, which I clarified I tried to come in for help ranging from 10am to 5pm, multiple times On the other hand, the maintenance team and various contract workers are always extremely helpful, wonderful, and sweet!

I used to live at The Heights at Grand Terrace and it will always have a special place for me…read morebecause it was my very first apartment. After moving away for a few years, I ended up coming back before eventually moving on again. One thing I always appreciated about living there was how affordable it was compared to many other places in the area. It made it possible to have a comfortable place to live without feeling overwhelmed by the cost. The staff was also consistently friendly and helpful. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance, they were approachable and made the experience of living there a positive one. Overall, I had a good experience during the time I lived there. It was a great first apartment and a place I was happy to return to for a while.
