I was afraid I might not be given the same attention as a customer since I'm not hosting a huge corporate event but instead she's been super attentive and has made me and my kids bday party feel very welcomed. According to my son "this is gonna be epic bruh!" (Gotta keep reminding him not to call me bruh - but you get the gist). Also, I must add that this location is super clean, well organized and one of the best D&B locations I've been too. I haven't tried the food yet, but for my sons bday they've been accommodating of any allergies and I know all the kiddos are excited for the chicken wings :P

I've been to Dave and Busters cross country and this is easily its best location. Here in this newly renovated mall. Management does a great job. If you have any issues, they are quick to fix anything. If a machine is down or something is awry they care about your customer experience and will immediately make it right you just have to mention it directly to them. My now 10 year old son and I have been here over 3 times. Each time we've been impressed. We went to a different location and had an opposite experience. This location is always busy, even on weekdays. The servers are quick to help. Get you what you need food, coins, drinks and leave you to have fun. Games of all kinds and prizes too! Oh the prizes. Their TVS are state of the art. Especially if you are a sports fan. Dave and Busters rivals other sports bars. I forgot the big soccer game was on tonight and they were packed. But that's the thing every thing is so well designed and spaced out that everyone still has miles of elbow room. Eric was our Server and was wonderful tonight. Engaging, smiling, friendly, clearly loves his job and does great at it. He went the extra mile and fixed something another location failed at when it wasn't his job to and he wasn't asked. People like Eric make the world go round. Thanks for Eric for being awesome, your awesomeness shines brightly in the arcade that is Dave and Buster's. There's still the one in Irvine but it's seen better days (they took out the waterslides, the mini golf is kinda sad, etc.). This Boomers in Vista (San Diego) is awesome! -They have a 2 story arcade -They have bumper boats -They have race cars (need to be 58" to drive by yourself but they also have cars for 2 people) -They have batting cages -They have laser tag -They have a large free parking lot My favorite thing about this Boomers is: -They have the most amazing mini golf! They have 2 mini golf courses: 1) pirate themed and 2) castle themed and both of the courses are really well maintained and have really cool features and tons of different obstacles. They have water features, the pirate course is 2 stories tall, they have really interesting holes, it's not just turf they have imitation sand and water and "rough" - the mini golf is really great here! We arrived early as instructed so that we could fill out the electronic forms. We were then instructed to lock our things up, including our cell phones, in the provided free lockers. We entered a room with a video to watch and where 2 friendly and enthusiastic employees gave us instructions and answered questions. You can get unlimited hints and we did need several. We have done several escape rooms at several companies, but this one seemed a little more difficult. We did have an issue with a part of the game, so they did come in and help us get that sorted out, and they added on a little extra time, which we needed and used to escape. I am looking forward to going back and trying some of the other rooms in the future.

This location is more compact, still cool free video games to play. Their concession stand has ample supply of ice cream and other items. Great prices just like Carlsbad! I would say this is perfect for toddlers and younger children. When we went with my almost 10 year old there were armies of 5 and under. Probably closer to 3 and under. I wish I knew about this location when he was smaller. They even have a jungle gym good for the younger crowd and opened their Skytower while we were there. Would highly recommend this location for the younger Skyzone members it's perfect size to chase your child around and not have them get lost. Their toddler time was popping. (Very busy, in the best way, like a small child party but plenty of room.)

I am extremely disappointed with what Sky Zone San Marcos has become under the new ownership…read more We showed up expecting the same experience we've had in the past, only to find out they completely changed the pricing and policies. The minimum jump time is now 2 hours instead of 1 hour, and the price has nearly doubled. To make things even worse, a monthly membership costs about the same as a single visit, which makes the pricing feel very misleading. Since I was there with 10-year-old kids, I thought buying the monthly memberships would be the smarter option because we could always come back. Unfortunately, after only 20 minutes, the kids were begging to leave. Most of the attractions now seem geared toward much younger children. It is nothing like it used to be. I went to the manager, explained the situation, and asked if they could refund the memberships since we had barely used them. I was simply told that memberships are non-refundable. There was no effort to help or make things right. Manager was extremely RUDE. This place feels like a cash grab under the new ownership. The value is gone, the experience is worse, and customer service is nonexistent. There are far better places to take your kids and spend your money. We will never be back, and I certainly can't recommend Sky Zone San Marcos to anyone.
