Kids liked the new games. Clean trailer. Tried another service last year. These guys made me happy enough to yelp. A+

This game truck is awful. My dad called 4 times and they never picked up or returned my dads calls. Don't try games in gear, it's bad news.

We got it and it takes three pictures of you and we decided on an Avengers one. The picture turned out great, but when we printed it out, there was this big white vertical line down the right side. We brought it up to the lady behind the counter and she said she would get the IT guy. We waited about 5 minutes for someone to finally come around and he goes "It always does that" We expected a refund or something, but nothing. For $5 a picture, what a rip off. If it doesn't work "All the time" how about fixing it and putting an "Out of order" sign on it, so you don't waste $5 on a picture you can't use? Terrible customer service.

I used the card on one of the games but the game was not responding. I tried again and still no response. I decide to go to the counter to see if someone could either take a look at the game or if i could get the credits back. I get to the counter and see 3 or 4 workers just standing there talking, no one acknowledges me. I look around some more and see one worker on the far left helping some customers and another worker on the far right helping some other people. Ok, I'm assuming there's two lines and the 3 or 4 other employees are just taking a break or something. Not a big deal, so i get in the line to the far right. There is one person currently being helped, two teens and then me. The employee finishes with the first customer and then helps the two teens. He finishes with them and when he gets to me he just turns and walks away. He does not say a word, just turns and walks away. A simple "I'll be back in a minute" or even just putting your hand up and saying "gimme a sec" would be totally fine. Instead, no communication, just walks away. I told the group of 3 or 4 people just standing there that I needed assistance and one of them went to refill my card. As i was waiting the guy who was serving the line on the far left came over and asked if I needed help. He was really friendly (he looked Asian or Mexican). Anyways, he's the only reason I'm giving that place two stars instead of one.

Each activity costs money of course but the prices were not too egregious. I do think the bowling alley needs to be renovated and the balls could use replacing. There are six lanes in their alley which is the perfect amount in my opinion for a venue that offers a variety of activities. The first karaoke room we were in was quite cramp but advertised as one of their largest rooms. Our sound equipment was slightly faulty so we asked for a different room. We were told 9pm was when we would be able to switch rooms but ended up not being notified until around 9:30. The second karaoke room was much better and way less warm. There is a ping pong table downstairs by the bowling alley that you can rent paddles for. I'm not sure if it costs money, but one girl said they had at least asked for her license to rent the equipment. Drinks are decently priced there and the bartenders are super nice. Every staff member I interacted with was polite and friendly. They are kid friendly from what we saw but I'm not sure if it's during all opening hours or if there's a cut off. There are large TV screens throughout the venue which was a nice plus since the WC is going on. Overall we had a really great experience and cannot wait to come back.

The ambiance is casual and low key during the day. It does get packed at night. There's a multitude of games / ping ping, pool, bowling etc... if you're in the mood for that. The only thing that really got on my nerves was the first time I went it was pretty late & I asked the hostess if they were still serving food. She told me she didn't know & she just started working there (this was around the 1st week of April 2026). I asked her if she could find out for me & she told me to go ask at the bar. I think the management needs to FILL IN your staff as to when food is being served & when it stops. Because I didn't appreciate this girl just looking pretty at the hostess stand & and then telling me to ask somebody else at the bar that worked there. I was tired from moving & it just felt like she was being lazy & didn't care about me as the customer I will be back, because I like the food but the staff needs to know nuanced questions like this and not make the customer work, when we are paying YOU. I didn't appreciate doing your hostesses job. She wasn't that nice and apparently a new hire. Just sayin' Other than that everything has been good here.

The crane game area which is one of our favorite parts of Round1, given arcade games can still be found in other businesses, is now overrun with cheap food prizes like chips and cup noodles. All the fun skill-based crane machine games are taken over with random snacks that I have zero interest in swiping my card for. They installed some gachapons in the back area but the ones we wanted to buy from weren't available on the screen. An entire block of gachapon was actually out of order too. Hoping they make sure their machines are in order, and most of all, get rid of the snacks/foods in the crane area!

The biggest shock was seeing claw machines cost 11 credits for one play. That's ridiculous. Many of the games are so expensive that your credits disappear almost immediately. In today's economy, it's hard to justify spending that much money for less than half an hour of entertainment. The arcade itself is clean, and there's a good variety of games, but the value just isn't there. We'd love to come back more often, but unless you're prepared to spend well over $100 for a family outing, I'd think twice. Hopefully Round1 reconsiders its pricing or offers better family deals because right now it feels like you're paying premium prices for very little playtime.
