Jay was prompt, thorough and knowable... he found the hole within 15 minutes in addition to a few hornet nests we were not aware of ( he didn't change extra to exterminate the bee's nests). Jay took his time and did a thorough examination... we have an interesting layout in the basement, partial Michigan basement, partial crawl and part walkout but he got right to business fearlessly and filled in all the little spots the squirrels and mice were using to gain access to the house. I have had to take off work and cancel on people in order to work around him, and then he doesn't even show up at all. It's like pulling teeth to get this guy to keep an appointment. It's absolutely infuriating. If I had a choice in the matter, I would never hire this guy again.
