We've used them to exterminate some drug store beetles that somehow got into our basement area. They have done a couple of sprays for it, so far so good. They are a little pricey, but do have a maintenance program that charges less overall for regular sprays. So far, it has worked, but the Orkin techs still couldn't seem to understand how or where they just appeared. It looks like the problem has been solved but we might need to use them again in the future. The only real drawback is the time it took to get a tech out here to begin with. We called and Orkin couldn't get anyone out here (it was an emergency lol) for a few days- that is not appropriate. Other than that, it was okay. read more

Had there service for 8 months. First few visits were fine. They spray a little and tell you it could take months to get rid of the problem. Okay... so where i live i dont have many options for exterminators so i was at their mercy. Then they started not giving any notice of when they were coming. I called and left messages no one would return calls. I told the tech to have a manager call me. No call from manager. They lied and said they notified me they were coming. I checked both text and emails. Nothing. Finally was able to get a hold of them and canceled my service. They didn't give me any issue canceling. However they never even cared to ask why I wanted to cancel. Just "okay" was their response. This company just wants your money and doesn't care one bit about customer satisfaction. I still have issues with the same pests i started the service to get rid of. Total waste of time. read more

I didn't use the service, I was turned off by things I was told by the rep told me. It says free estimates ALL OVER the websites, I was told it would be $105 for the estimate but, it could be credited it to the service. She could not even give me a ballpark cost using the square footage. I was told the guarentee would last as long as the treatment lasted, i.e. If they had just treated my house and it was between treatments, they would come for free and treat again, not much o a guarentee. Do NOT use this company!! My mother recently used this company for termite control and had paid the representative cash upon completion. This cash wasn't turned into the office so they double dipped into my mothers checking account. They gave her the run around trying to get a refund for what was taken from her account. Not real happy at this point. They did get rid of our ant problem, but I had to call the office because I have not heard back from them. Beware of signing a contract. I will be happy to change this to 5 stars when I receive the service I should be getting. Yes! I have paid my bill. Starting hearing noises behind the walls in our family room + squeaking...assumed chipmunks/mice. Called three different companies in Midland, MI area and this is the only pest control service that had responded to my call. I am sooooooooooooo glad that they helped us with our pest control issue, which turned out to be a mice infestation in our attic that required new insulation. Took two days to clean out mice/remove installation & then install brand new insulation in our entire attic. Each employee that helped us provided EXCELLENT customer service. All employees were unbelievably sweet and great personality under these circumstances. My husband and I couldn't have been more impressed with the service provided. Highly recommend the Saginaw, MI Orkin team! Thank you, thank you, thank you for everything you have done for us. We can already smell & hear a difference! You guys were the best! read more
