It was seasoned nicely and roasted to perfection. Very juicy. Because I like it spicy, I ordered two hot sauces, but one would have been enough. It is very spicy. I feel like it's habanero, scallions, light seasoning, and vinegar. But delicious. I've never gone in the establishment, but it looks like it's a decent size and can accommodate a small crowd.
