My family checked this place out and the boys each bought a 35pt package for a sales price of $25. Each game and activity costs between 1 and 6 points, with the more popular ones costing 4-6 points. It was about the perfect amount of activity for us as we got to try each of the activities once. There's about 8 active games including a batting game, tennis game, QB throw, field goal kick, boxing, skiing, soccer and more. Most of the games have a scoreboard that will display your score and have the top scores of the all time, weekly and daily. It's fun to see your name up on the scoreboard even when your score may be pretty brutal compared to the all-time greats. The staff was very helpful in checking us in and letting us know how each game works. There's a few games that are pretty simple and others that require some setting up (like getting boots and strapped in for the skiing. I enjoyed the QB throw the most but it looked like the bouncy basketball court was the most popular while we were there. We went on the Friday night and it wasn't very crowded...only have to wait maybe 5 minutes for any activity to open up. The place was pretty clean except I did notice they didn't spray down to clean the batting helmets after each person...that was kind of gross to put on the helmet and feel some sogginess. This may be a fun place for holding a birthday party for kids as they have ice cream, cereal and party rooms overlooking the area. For me it's probably a one and done visit, but we need more places like this where kids and families and have some good indoor activities besides bounce parks. read more

Celebrated a birthday at Arena 23 and I'm so surprised it hasn't gotten more publicity! This place is seriously fun! It is geared towards children, however there were plenty of adults living out their pro sports aspirations. We paid $33 for 59 points (per person) with the All Star package. They gave us an hour time slot to use our points, but we ended up leaving 1.5 hours in with about 20 points left each on our accounts. It's pretty hard to spend your points and you have a time factor with waiting in (short) lines. We tried out their different sports activities to include a field goal simulation, batting cage, NFL combine relay, tennis, and even alpine skiing. Certain activities are solo but others you can compete as a team or 1 on 1. Some things to keep in mind: it's an indoor facility full of sweaty kids-so there's definitely an odor. There's a lot of items like baseball bats, baseball gloves, and helmets that everyone uses. I didn't see any hand sanitizer nor did I see employees sanitizing equipment. Some of the technology was malfunctioning and that impacted scoring, I witnessed numerous groups grow frustrated at the quarterback target practice simulation and the tennis game. There's a cafe inside and also tables to view or rest if you need a break. Looking closer at the facility I suspect they have a special area to host children's birthday parties. Overall, this is a fun spot for sports lovers of all ages! read more

I brought my 12 year old son and his friends here last Friday afternoon. I got the $67/4 persons deal from Groupon. Each person gets a wristband with 35 points. They started off with baseball. It's a batting cage with a screen that has a hole in it. It looks like someone is pitching to you, then the ball comes flying out. It takes a little getting used to. You get points for hitting the ball, based on how well you hit it. There's a leader board that shows who got the highest points. You let them scan your wristband and they will deduct 5 points each time you play. The tennis one is kind of the same thing. A screen with a hole that shoots out balls in different directions. You get points and there's a leader board. Then there's a basketball court, a cage for soccer, football toss, obstacle course, skiing... If you only have 1 or 2 points left, you can always go play dodgeball. I feel like 4 people is probably the best number of people to go together. It's not a big place. You can probably spend an hour there and that's it. read more

Umm, I like the premise of the business and the activities are all really cool, but it seems pricy for what you get. I stopped in with 3 grandkids (10, 7 & 7 yrs) and based on our experience, 7 years is probably too young to make it worth it- minimum age should be at least 10; the 7 year old could hardly participate in the activities. The experiences are pretty cool, but we went due to Pogo Pass, so we got 25 free points/person (normally $25 each). Each activity has its own "cost", ranging from 2 points to 6 points. Our 10 year old burned through is 25 points in less than an hour and did about 6 activities. We were there for an hour and all 3 kids burned through their 25 points and if we weren't on the pogo pass it would have been $75, which just wasn't worth it. Again, cool concept, but they probably need to look at their pricing. read more

My grandson and I had a blast at Arena 23. I loved the basketball court on airbag floor. The soccer was fun and my grandson loved the kick the football goal and obstacle course. The bathrooms are nice and clean. Nice way to spend a few hours on a Sunday with family. I especially loved the staff that helped out at each activity. I was too tired to play another round of basketball with my grandson so the staff member played a game with him. My grandson had more fun with him than with old grandma. Everyone was so helpful there and it is a nice clean facility. read more

Awesome idea. Execution was rough when we went. Multiple machines didn't work or register scores. Flashing screens on simulator. Buttons not working. Scores not being logged and not being captured on score. Water pitchers not being refilled. Whole system went down at the end and they tracked on paper. I understand the challenges that may appear with technology like this but just wayyyyy too many at once here to give me an indication that they actively are fixing stuff rather then just letting it run at 50% effectiveness. I had a good time with my son, he liked it, and the staff was super nice, no complaints there, but you need to keep the tech working for this to be successful. My son didn't see his or my name on the top scores, baskets not logging when we make shots in basketball, button pressing not logging in dodgeball, etc. for the price you pay it needs to work, that's all. If it does, and I'm sure at times it all did, the place would be awesome! I'll try it again too, my son likes it, but often didn't understand why stuff just didn't work. Cool idea, hope to see it stick around and I'll be the first to update when I come back and everything works! Their snack bar aka the cereal bar is a bit nuts- at this point in life there is no way I'm loading my kid full of sugar cereal then sending him out to play active sports. Fun idea too though, just need a bit more healthier options. read more

Interactive games pretty basic not very entertaining. Short staffed by children which really are not able to manage what's required to keep the flow of activity going. The major attraction is a ski machine only one persons capable of setting this up this individual also serves as quest ticket sales. Waiting about 30min to utilize this. Took children here to check it out. Children were pretty much done after waiting over 30min on staff. read more

What a fun place! This place is perfect to get out of the summer heat, have fun, and still get a good workout. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The owner is super friendly and you can tell they are really putting their heart and soul into this place. My family and I went today for the first time. It was my son's birthday and he loved it. Everyone there was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The place is also clean and smells great. This place is awesome. For both kids and adults, it's a sports lovers dream come true. Hoping they expand all over. Only thing I wish would change, is not having to have someone follow you around or helping you start each activity. I understand why it's needed to start each thing you do though. So much fun. There should be more of these all over the place. Batting cages, football obstacle course, QB drill, dodge ball, basketball, tennis, field goal drill, skiing, boxing and I'm sure I'm forgetting a couple. It's so much fun for kids and adults. Great value. Mostly good customer service. One employee was extremely rude but we spoke to the owner and he was great. The rest of the staff was great. We'll continue to take the kids here time and time again. read more
