Acme Prints handled it with as much ease as I would've while printing a word document with my home printer. That actually can be tricky sometimes, so bad analogy. Nevertheless, Acme Prints, specially Vida, made this job a complete breeze, and when faced with large projects there shouldn't be a thought to go anywhere else. Oh, and did I mention the price was unbeatable and the the production turnaround time was about 8 days? Yeah...I can't wait to work with them again either.

I felt the need to write this review because the experience was very disappointing. I do not recommend this business if your project is even slightly important. I work for a non-profit organization aimed at providing all available resources to ending homelessness. My coworker and I work for a specialized program within the organization. We are both incredibly passionate about our work. We wanted shirts made that show the public what we do. We also ordered shirts for our program manager and the person who oversees our funding. The shirts we ordered were not the shirts we received. Granted we had a somewhat complicated order, but firstly the shirts were made with black ink on dark colored shirts including a black shirt. The wording we requested cannot be read on the dark colored shirts. When my coworker expressed an issue with the shirts after he had taken them home and noticed that the wording cannot be read the reply from the business is that the shirts were made to our specifications. Which is untrue. We specifically stated at the time the order was placed that black or dark colored ink would not work. We were told that a light colored ink could be used that would show the wording on all the shirts. Also, the wording on the shirts for our program manager and funding overseer was incorrect and not properly placed where we requested at time of order. In addition, I am a petite female. I specifically ordered women's shirts but I received one men's shirt in place of one of the women's shirts I ordered. There were several issues with the order and I am very disappointed in the response from the business basically stating that it wasn't their fault or their problem. We will take our future attire needs elsewhere and I will not be recommending this business to anyone.

I had 13 beach towels i wanted to have names embroidered on for my bachelorette party as gifts…read more When i brought the towels in the girl in the office was very friendly and showed me all the different colors the names could be printed on and helped me pick out 3 bright colors (grey towels) they they had me pick a font and printed out one of the names and showed me what i would look like on the towel. They were patient with me and let me make the size bigger/smaller to my liking. And they had it done in just a week! The price was great! (7.50 per towel...other quotes i got were 10-12 per towel). I will definitely be going back for all my future embroidery needs! As a side note...google maps takes you to a couple buildings before the actual store front....they have a large sign on the front of the building...so just keep going until you see that!
