These guys are awesome! I found them from the Arizona Trade Exchange, and have been a pleasure to work with with the couple of jobs I did with them. I hope to be working with them too when I get my taxi business up and running. I always deal with Jen and she handles everything. They can handle just about any printing request I need and the work they put out is so professional. Their most recent job for me was a self standing banner for a home show and I was shocked myself with how good my graphic design came out. If you are looking for a printing company in the area, I would highly recommend these guys. I think they save on overhead too by having their location off the main road which means savings passed on to the customer because they do have some of the best prices in the valley for printing shops. read more

I have searched high and low trying to find a printing company that can do the amount of colors I needed in my logo. I also needed it to be durable for my employees and for customers who buy it since they pay more for it the usual t shirt. I have put it through ringer as far as washing and drying several times it is so far holding up better than my expectations, which are high. Ridiculously good service. I somehow managed to flub up A piece of art that I sent them. I didn't realize until they had finished the job for me. I went out there to get it reprinted, they did in the same day and didn't even charge me! This is how you create lifelong relationships with your clients. I purchased a Copperstate Fly-In T shirt from them in October 2017 and they promised they would ship it the week after the airshow. A week goes by and still no shirt. Then a month after the airshow, I still didn't have my shirt. I started calling them weekly and each time, they had no information or wouldn't call me back, or email me the tracking number, despite repeated promises to do so. Finally, after about 6 weeks, the owner called and apologized for the screw up. They had a driver run the shirt out to my house that night and I appreciated that. They seem like nice folks, but the business is a bit disorganized. Don't expect your order to ship on time. read more

Laser creations has a nice staff but very unorganized. They took nearly 6+ weeks to finish my print work. I had to call almost daily to make sure they were staying on top of the order. It was A LOT of work to get the job completed. read more

Unbelievably INCREDIBLE service and EXCELLENT work. Woody was very attentive, patient, understanding and made this whole process sooooooo easy!!!! I have made family t-shirts for 4 years now for my son's birthday. I have used 3 different companies and have always been disappointed with service and final result. Our dealings with Woody and his staff was not up to our expectations, seeings the order started over 9 months ago. It was supposed to be trade out work thru Value Card Alliance. The person who we started out with, Colleen, quit somewhere thru the process, but her dealings with us was never passed forward to other staff members. once we decided on the order we wanted, shirts and mugs, we communicated thru email on the cost, did the math on what we could get and ordered, balance due was supposed to be zero, trade out thru vca. the email sent showed 3 colors to chose from, dark green, blue, white, order dark green, rest mugs, total 12 shirts, 7 mugs. was sent email to confirm price, which was wrong, confronted him on this, corrected it and sent new email, balance .0, Upon picking up the order, shirts are light green, gave us all mugs, which our name is on crocked , and charge us 161.12 . no communication at all between staff and owner. I did email him my dis-pleasure with the order, and about the amount charged, still have not received an answer, or refund on amount paid that was not due, Very Dishonest Company, and will never use again. read more
