I depend on reviews when making choices where quality is crucial. I read a lot of reviews but I rarely write them. I felt the need to write this review because the experience was very disappointing. I do not recommend this business if your project is even slightly important. I work for a non-profit organization aimed at providing all available resources to ending homelessness. My coworker and I work for a specialized program within the organization. We are both incredibly passionate about our work. We wanted shirts made that show the public what we do. We also ordered shirts for our program manager and the person who oversees our funding. The shirts we ordered were not the shirts we received. Granted we had a somewhat complicated order, but firstly the shirts were made with black ink on dark colored shirts including a black shirt. The wording we requested cannot be read on the dark colored shirts. When my coworker expressed an issue with the shirts after he had taken them home and noticed that the wording cannot be read the reply from the business is that the shirts were made to our specifications. Which is untrue. We specifically stated at the time the order was placed that black or dark colored ink would not work. We were told that a light colored ink could be used that would show the wording on all the shirts. Also, the wording on the shirts for our program manager and funding overseer was incorrect and not properly placed where we requested at time of order. In addition, I am a petite female. I specifically ordered women's shirts but I received one men's shirt in place of one of the women's shirts I ordered. There were several issues with the order and I am very disappointed in the response from the business basically stating that it wasn't their fault or their problem. We will take our future attire needs elsewhere and I will not be recommending this business to anyone. read more

After driving around for an hour in search of a business that could print 2 custom shirts for a concert, I had given up. I found a couple of place that weren't accommodating or way to expensive. I stumbled onto Eyeconic Prints totally by accident on my way to the grocery. The outside of the store of filled with bright signs, posters and pictures to grab your attention and it work! I busted a U-Turn and soooo glad I did because We ended up with some great concert shirts. From the minute I walked in Albert was so welcoming. I told him what I needed and when..... the concert was in 3 days but he promised to make it happen and didn't have a rush charge like the other places. I had my own shirts which he had no problem using and it brought my price down! I even already had the design I wanted on my phone (designed myself) so he just had me text him the image to make things easier. The next morning I received an approval text from Albert. I called him with a few minor changes and happily updated, the new draft was texte to me within the hour. It was perfect! APPROVED. Friday to Monday and my shirts were ready:) I must mention why I will do business with EYECONIC PRINTS instead of the local T-shirt printing favorites: 1. The shirts were a huge hit at the concert. Great print quality. 2. I felt welcomed at the business & like a valued customer from start to finish. 3. Great prices! Great customer service! Great location! Ordered shirts for my staff and I get the same size shirts with 3 different sizes I even paid extra for the larger size. Gave them an opportunity to make it right however all I get is excuses. At the end of the day if you rather make excuses than make it right by a new customer it's obvious I made the wrong choice of using your company. Buyer beware of this company. read more

The product wasn't too bad in the end though it took longer than expected. Biggest disappointment is for the one hundred stickers were $25. But for them to cut them into actual stickers I could hand out was $150 more :-( I guess just watch out for the upsell. I just spent $1300 on products here. You would think they would cut your stickers out so you could use them instead of given them pto you on a giant roll. So I get to sit home and cut them out myself... read more

We have came to eyeconic prints several times for many in loving memory shirts, we recently made a purchase of 24 shirts and realized we needed 1 more for a family member we missed, so we contacted Sandy just a day after our order was ready and she told us she could not do it anymore, or would charge 40 dollars for just the 1 more shirt.
