I see there has not been any recent reviews on this place, so mines deff should be read! There was company changes and people let go several months ago. This company is not what it was... After going back in forth since December 14,2022 we finally paid and placed out order February 22,2023 after adding a few more items. Garrett the owner was awesome to meet and very energetic on his type of work and what would be done, but slowly began to change. After staff changes and Garrett taking over everything and doing everything him self, it began to be impossible for him to handle the work load alone... Calls unreturned, emails unanswered, promises never met. His accounting gal even tried to help us get emails rolling to get him to respond with not much luck...Today is July 10,2023 and we are still waiting on some items that were promised with the big order we place and still have not received. Every month we email to have everything documented and still broken promises.. Be careful choosing a company to do your work.. Garrett is a cool guy but does not complete his work 100%. Not sure how he runs a business but we will be in contact with the AG office soon... to be continued of our final results... 7/13/2023 We have shown up to collect our product and no one can release our items until Garrett says so... So we are sitting here patiently waiting until Garrett comes out of his office from a "meeting"! ITS 1:25pm to be continued... WELL sat there from 1:25pm to 5:15pm calmly and patiently waiting. When I walked in the staff told me Garrett was in a meeting till 4:30pm. So I decided to patiently wait. After 5:15 Garrett finely came and said " I don't take walk-ins I am by appointment only, you need to make an appointment like everyone else. Your things will be mailed UPS tomorrow. Tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow that's all we keep hearing. Monday 7/10 he said he would mail our things UPS the next day bc they weren't open. Today is 7/14 another promise that they will be mailed out UPS... We were there in the shop just like the email requested we'd be July 10th to pick up, we do not want to wait anymore. I emailed 1 email stating we were waiting to pick up but his employees stated he can only release our items. I sent 1 text stating the same thing and i tried calling 2X in the 4 hour period with no luck to get texted back at 5:20pm "texting me non stop in meetings showing up with out a meeting when I am by appointment only is not how i operate. I am by appointment only. We have been for months. I will ship your items out as discussed with you and you will have it that way. I am not going to be harassed anymore over this. Your products are being shipped UPS and will leave tomorrow you will have early next week. If you'd like to schedule a meeting. Do that. I do not meet with out a meeting. I have meetings planned and an unexpected arrival and harassing my staff and me on camera is not taken lightly we can do this very easily like originally told. I will be shipping all. Thank you. Thank God they have cameras "if they really do" bc if I never knew patience I learned it in that 4 hours I sat on the black pleather couch. The staff not one time told me he was by appointment only and not one time did I get inpatient. Garrett is not so far an honest man... Well nothing mailed out today is 7/18 and still broken promises. Was supposed to ship out UPS. Then Friday 7/14 I received a USPS tracking # which has NOT been picked up and its 7/18. I cant believe how hard it is to just take a package to the carrier to take care of this matter once and for all.. Emails back and forth about when package will be picked up with no real valid response. This guy for sure has no control over his company!! We shall see what happens this evening since the mail man is supposed to go collect "daily" he says! to be continued ... read more

Don't use this company. They are scammers. I paid hundreds of dollars for Garrett to design a wrap for my boat and intended to pay them to wrap my boat. 7 months later I have gotten nothing but excuses and eventually no further communication. I'm not happy. read more

He literally just hires people to finish a job then fires everyone. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. Highly recommend not bringing your vehicles to this company either. There's better car wrappers that are respectable. Spend your money with them! Not at Five18. The owners are trash. read more

Stopped in to have some vinyl decals made for my motorcycle. Friendly staff, clean office, and quick turn around time. They have a lot of big brands logo but if you need something special cut they can get vectors file and make it. They make decals, car body wraps, store fronts, banners, and other graphics. Good guys, good work, and I will be back for more business. read more

Wanted to get all the chrome wrapped on my car and had heard a coworker talk about this company that did their wrap on their truck. Asked her who did it and she said Five18 Designs so I called and got a quote and had a time to drop my car off the next week! Fast turn around time and super nice people.
