She asked personal questions that we had discussed on the last visit. I know she knew who I was. In a busy practice and being new, I was impressed. The only reason she got 4 stars is you will wait FORVER. Be prepared. For me it is worth it. I waited 2 hours to see her but she spent a good hour with me. She never makes you feel rushed. If you can sit there and not get frustrated waiting, she is well worth the wait. Don't be shy. she will look over every inch of your naked body and prod and poke but you will know you are in great hands and if she says you are OK and healthy, you are.

Usually when people make appointments during the week they are making time in their work schedule to make the visit which is extremely inconsiderate. Why send out a confirmation text message if you aren't going to even be at the appointment yourself? Zeroooo Updated based on the poor response: Implying I went to the wrong office just shows the lack of accountability by the team here. I'm old enough to read the sign on the building/door... I don't need anyone to call me now I'll go elsewhere. There's always some weird excuse in the reviews here where the customer always seems to be making something up because there's no way the office could own up to a mistake. A helpful tip for future business responses would be something along the lines of ...(We apologize for the inconvenience and value your time. My newer GP has been incredible about following up with blood test results and referring me to specialists including a hematologist and oncologist. While Dr. Anand and her staff confirmed that I was experiencing severe anxiety, depression and insomnia, she insisted dropping my majors/minors and "working less hard". I asked her to speak to to my therapist so her opinion of my condition was more well rounded and she outright refused to prescribe an SSRI. She also claimed that she was uninformed about a condition I have despite it being very common and further claimed she didn't know the effects of adding a new medication to the ones I was already taking. This doctor is horrendous and I'm so glad that I've found providers who are actually invested in my well being. Dr. Anand could not have chased me out of her office quick enough.

After I inquired what it means, I was told the system is down, 3 hours. "This is normal" I inquired this is head trauma, does she have a brain bleed and we're waiting 3 hours for results? "On no they replied, we'd know that almost immediately, they'd call down" of so my daughter is fine? From what we know they reply. they continue, "we are just waiting on the paper work. Wtf mind of system is this? Is this not negligent, nobody checked her eyes, airway, reflexes, NOTHING. I am sure this will cost a billion dollars.
