I returned with the samples and we went over the numbers for an estimate. For the excellent quality of the hardwood flooring I chose, I was very pleased with the price, which included installation. Due to unforeseen problems with damage under the floor, I kept in touch with Mr Greg to let the team know that repairs needed to be made before the flooring was installed. He was patient and understanding, and he assured me that whenever I was ready to have the job done, just call and they'll schedule the installation. When I was finally able to call for the installation, I was promptly put on the schedule. Mr Juan did an amazing job! He was right on time for his 9am appointment, and I'm very impressed with his attention to detail. The frame around the marble of the fireplace came out beautifully, the new boards line up perfectly with the old wood flooring, and he masterfully avoided any damage to the very thin internet cable that goes through the floor. After installation was complete he returned to inspect everything and went above and beyond to ensure our home was clean and in order to our satisfaction. David and his helper did a great job installing our carpet. They were very careful carrying long and heavy rolls of carpet through our home and upstairs (which included a very tight turn) without making a single mark on our newly painted walls. Our master closet had many contours along the bottom of our custom shelving units and and they tucked and fastened the carpet seamlessly. At the end of a long day they took the time to throughly vacuum all of the carpet AND cleaned up every little "fuzzy" off of our driveway (where they rough-cut the carpet prior to installation). We have been so delighted with our experience that we've decided to have Neo Flooring provide and install additional runners and an area rug to cover parts of our hardwood floors. We hired them to…read morerip out a one‑piece fiberglass shower and replace it with a fully tiled shower, tile another bathroom and its shower, and install baseboard tile as well. We've worked with other contractors in the past, including ones who tiled our master bathroom, and the difference in quality and knowledge was immediately obvious. Those contractors didn't use mortar under the cement board and used grout in the corners, which led to cracking in both the corners and the floor grout. American Tile Company did everything the proper way, including using matching caulk in the corners, which is exactly what should be done. They paid close attention to detail, even noticing that some of the tile had inconsistencies and carefully selecting the best pieces to ensure the finished work looked great. The crew worked incredibly hard, showed up when they said they would, were very reliable, friendly, and extremely reasonable on pricing. Honestly, you couldn't ask for anything more from a tile contractor. We were so impressed that we asked them to quote our in‑laws' bathroom--even though they live an hour and a half away. We weren't sure they'd even consider the job, but not only did they take it on, they drove the hour and a half every day and did an amazing job on that bathroom as well. Their quote was also much lower than Home Depot's, and the quality of the work was unquestionably higher.
