Once the construction began, Jon Purdue and team worked diligently on-site around the clock to transform our design vision into reality; and did the final result exceed expectations! When we did all our material selection, the final estimate was very close to our rough project estimate which was great - no surprise costs. Communication was great and when the project started our project manager was in contact with us every day until completion. We had periodic touchpoints to make sure we were happy, and they quickly resolved any questions we had. The masons were great, clean, professional, and considerate. From start to finish we couldn't be happier with the process, and the final product. One thing that stands out to me was how engaged the whole company was with our project. Based on reviews and initial conversations we felt confident in moving forward. Staff was friendly but unfortunately MANY things happened that have left our family in disbelief of how a company could treat us like this. -Timeline was hard to get from them. Coming and going was not communicated well. We were constantly asking when people would be coming and going. We felt like we had to project manage things ourself. -Many drywall issues. Even when bringing issues to their attention as soon as we saw them, the proceeded to try to cover them up rather than fix them correctly. This happened 3 separate times. -Paint was put on very poorly with glops in some areas and also some areas completely missed. Nail holes not filled. Everything looked rushed or just lack of care. -One of their workers hit our neighbors mailbox with his car (all on camera) completely knocking it apart and tried to drive off and not get caught. Took MANY conversations to get them to properly repair this. This worker also did our drywall and painting so we are not surprised the lack of effort put into the work. -Did not properly protect the room or items inside from construction debris. We had to go out an buy material to cover our carpet, furniture, TV and flooring to proceed them when they came back to try to fix things as they made zero effort. -LVP floors in the room they worked in were damaged with a few small dents. -We had to get the carpet on our stairs steam cleaned as they tracked so much debris through our home our vacuum could not pull it all up. To conclude this job as they came back for the 3rd time and still could not fix things as we asked, I asked for a $900 refund to cover getting things fixed correctly and hiring a cleaning company. They countered at $500 OR offered to come back for a 4th time. We just wanted this to end and be done so we took the $500 refund offer. They have now ghosted us with no refund. I have called and text and nobody is getting back ahold of us.

Been a customer for years spent multiple thousands there buying equipment. They will have some…read morereally good deals price-wise. They are not very service friendly or communicate well. Example bought outdoor refrigerator price was above online price but they install it and haul the old one away. Problem refrigerator was not leveled. I watched the install it looked good. When checking it later it did rock. I signed off on the job so that is my fault but after having multiple surgery's it's hard to throughly examine and test everything. I asked if some someone could drop by and level up the legs, no hurry just when they are in the neighborhood. I was told that will be $179 to stop at your house. That seems to be unreasonable to me. In the future i will buy online and hire a contractor to install.
