As of right NOW (see included photo), you are advertising the sale of a 2024 V9 Bobber with "special" pricing of 4995. Great - fair price. EXCEPT that, that is not the price; it is actually 5700.00, but you refuse to disclose that number to the public on your website in an obviousx way. I could, as of RIGHT NOW, purchase that bike from you on your website with a credit card for the exact amount shown - but according to Jim your sales rep, when I went in to claim my purchase, he would then charge me $800.00 more before he would actually give me the bike. When I pointed out that it was deceptive and unfair that people would travel (potentially a fair distance) to your shop and then have this sprung on them, his response was that "people don't mind at all" and "this was just the way things are done now". Well, they weren't done that way when I bought my previous 2 bikes from, and there is absolutely NO GOOD REASON why they should be happening now. Jim (the owner?) seemed very self-satisfied when he denied me that sale. $800.00 huh? I live in Portsmouth, and when I used to ride my Guzzis around, they were unique, and people would ask me about them and where I got them, etc. I can assure you that the loss of revenue from this bad sales practice will amount to FARRR more than $800.00.

Second of all my sales rep promised me a demo ride on Polaris slingshot and said it would be just in time for the weekend of my wife's birthday on sept11 so I didn't make any plans and that ultimately fell through and upset me. I tried three more times after that to set up demos and I just seemed to keep getting the runaround from him on setting up a time as I'm coming from Maine so that's something else that was bothering me I just feel if you can't make something happen then don't promise it to a client and the third thing would be the text that you sent me the next day on Sunday morning the wording felt disrespectful and rude I was told by sales rep that you guys where working that Sunday and I don't care if a customer messages you at midnight you don't respond the way you did that's was very unprofessional and incalled for I mulled it over for a few days and talked to other people about it and they agreed it was wrong that's what ultimately lost you the sale of multiple machines and any future business I hope you can use this to help better serve people in the future so they don't have the same experience I did thank you and have a good day but at the end of the day the owner is the biggest cuck I've had the pleasure of meeting and should no way be handling customer service or talking to people this place is a joke an I wish I never shopped here to begin with

Always however the staff has done everything they can to rectify any issues. Recent service went well without any hitches . Brian Wheeler made appointment and was also service writer. Corey who has worked on all 4 of the bikes has been exceptional. Work fully explained and performed timely. With some turmoil within industry and declining sales in some areas always a challenge for dealers. Hope Moms can continue to adjust and improve and keep all of us rolling along.

Was told the key code would be on the bill of sale and it would be easy to make a key with the code, it was not. Pulled the ignition and brought it to Moms to see what they could do, saw some guy in parts who was basically NO help. Bought a key blank for $32!!! ( $10 on Amazon ) so I could get a locksmith to make a key. In addition they set him up with some credit card financing at 26% interest, how does that even happen? I would not recommend this place.

I'm hoping to ride this baby off of the lot today :) Also plan to handle registration & inspection myself (I am trying to upgrade from a Honda 250 to this Honda 600). So far, I've primarily dealt with Ellen at the front desk. First over the phone, and then in person. She has been very kind and helpful, and has been able to secure and offer me a good deal. Perhaps if I'm handling the registration & inspection myself I might be able to receive a further price deduction... or perhaps a voucher for their riding school instead? Who knows? Couldn't hurt to ask :) I'm a new rider and have my permit, and have been riding my little Honda Rebel CMX250 with some confidence for some time now. Not a great highway bike though. Took her on a couple times anyways. As a person who is always running late for everything, the power and ability to take the highway if I want or need to will be invaluable. Getting ready to head back over to the dealership. (I was also there last night.) Hopefully we can close and I can ride her off the lot today! My first purchase was private sale and ended up being more of a project bike than I had time or money for. I'm hoping this bike will be ready to go with no issues for the foreseeable future! UPDATE ON MY HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE with KINGSTAR CUSTOM CYCLES…read more I take the bike and the tire to Vindicated in Haverhill... they do the front tire for $65!! The bike also is banging when hit bumps so I ask them please check the rear tire because I dont trust the work Carl has done.... Ok hows this.. Carl from Kingstar Custom Cycles only slapped the new tire on rim and did not balance at all. Old weights still on rim and was weighted over 5oz from old tire. Vindicated Cycle of Haverhill rebalance the tire $35 and reinstalled it. RECAP. 1 tire mounted and 2 tires balanced and installed on bike $100. VS 199 for slapping rear tire on rim and install But the banging.. cant figure it out I ask Lou at Vindictated to take it for a ride but hit bumps. Not 1min goes by he hears it returns. Turns out the rear axle was in the wrong way. Carl nicely put it in wrong so it banged up the back of my V&H pipes. Thanks Carl.. 2 DAYS. 1 tire done, Front never installed and rear axle in the wrong way. You should be ashamed you charge $199 for the shit work you did. I will tell this story every where and to anyone that will listen.
