I signed up based on the original schedule, and the cancellation was completely outside of my control. When I couldn't attend the rescheduled class, I was told I would forfeit the class without any exception or credit. I understand that businesses need policies, but I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility in a situation caused by weather and a schedule change initiated by the organization. A one-time exception or make-up option would have gone a long way. This rating does not reflect the quality of the coaches, who were great.
