We first went to Ashley and settled on some wooden dining chairs. We decided to check out La Sierra based on my previous pleasant experience and were given a much better deal than at Ashley. Under $100 a chair including assembly and delivery! They were able to deliver a few days later with short notice that I had small window of free time. Very happy again with La Sierra and would 100% recommend them to anyone. Great prices, sturdy furniture and fast, reliable service.

With the winter storm, they called me to tell me my delivery would be delayed two days and then I discovered they had an old address. I called customer service to update the delivery address and that went smoothly. Delivery day came and they were a few minutes late after the 10a-2pm arrival time. The guy refused to remove his shoes upon entering my home which was a bit annoying because we have brand new carpet upstairs. Regardless, he and his partner quickly unloaded and set up my sofa without incident. I'm thankful for their assistance. Delivery cost me $89.99. I appreciate the company calling me after the delivery to follow up and see how everything went.

My delivery was scheduled between 3 PM and 8 PM, but the team did not arrive until around 10 PM. I was told I would receive a 30-minute call ahead, which never happened. Because of this, I paid someone to assist me who had already left, resulting in unnecessary out-of-pocket expenses. When the delivery team arrived, they refused to place the dresser just inside my home and instead positioned it in a way that blocked my entry door, creating a serious safety concern. When I attempted to resolve the issue, the supervisor was dismissive and unprofessional. To their credit, the company did reimburse me $60 for the assistance I paid for. However, they are now attempting to charge an additional $129 just to place the dresser inside my home during redelivery -- even though this is a correction of their failed delivery, not a new service. I am still waiting for a proper resolution. Attempts to resolve this directly before posting were made in vain. At this point, I would caution others to be aware of delivery practices, lack of communication, and additional charges that may arise even after service failures.

The salespeople are very kind and they aren't horrible vultures. I get it, some places reward that behavior and those sales people have to do their job.. but this is a wonderful small family owned place and I'd shop here before going anywhere else ever again. I left the store with Lula's card and spent the next week emailing her back and forth with measurements, and discussing options. Lula was so kind, and always emailed me back immediately. After going to the store a second time, I realized from the sign, that both times I went to the store was at their closing time. Each time they stayed to help me for almost an hour, and never mentioned that they were closed. Lula's husband even agreed to make some physical modifications to the table that I wanted.
