They will rush you and if you get the European they won't put 2-6 lashes it's over 6 lashes on a single lash. Don't waste your money then when I came back because I took off an eye because it was so thick on my eyelid. They charged me 40$. read more

My daughters and I have been coming to Aria for several years for lashes and nails and were always satisfied with the lash services. The nail service was hit or miss depending on which tech you get. I recently started going somewhere else for lashes out of convenience and at a lesser cost and when I returned for nail services at Aria I was met with rudeness and bad attitude by the owner and specifically one of our previous lash techs. They were talking and laughing about my daughter and I and making backhanded insults about our lashes. They were unprofessional and rude to say the least. I have spent thousands on nails and lashes over the years here, spending on average $200-$300 each visit every two weeks between my two daughters and I. I have sent several clients to them as well. My daughters and I will be taking our business and hard earned money elsewhere. read more

This place needs nicer people working. It was my first time visiting and there's so much these people lack. From the very beginning as a walk in it was like they were going back and forth deciding who was going to be my tech. Older gentleman had no enthusiasm whatsoever which is okay but it just makes it awkward. Nails actually turned out great he did an excellent job, although this is where it gets tricky; nails are done im now at the register paying trying to explain if i can do cash $25 and the rest on my debit card. Older gentleman seems confused so this older lady jumps in and takes my payment, NO RECEIPT COMES OUT!!! She then proceeds to tell me to try my card again since her register didnt take my payment so im confused and check my bank. Per usual the difference was reflected on my account so i then show her and she's insisting no the payment never went through because otherwise receipt paper would of come out. Im being very hesistant but at this point i dont want to fight with this older lady so i just charge my card AGAIN!!! SAME THING HAPPENS! I look at her and tell her to open the receipt paper she open it and would you look at that no receipt paper. So now ive been charged twice for service im not even happy with and she fails to even apologize for the fact of her just being blatantly rude. Jollie was my hero. I was coming from another salon because I ended up having an allergic reaction from the glue that they used despite me asking to use a hypoallergenic glue. I looked like a zombie coming into their salon. Anyway, Jollie helped me, and she delicately removed the lashes. She looked concerned and I liked that. She was kind and made me feel welcome. I've gotten my acrylics done here a couple times. They are usually very inconsistent in length, sloppy, different shapes and sizes. But it was tolerable and they look alright. But I recently got them done at a professional and there's so many flaws with how the guy here does them. He rushes and doesn't really care. The last set I got kept popping off within the week. And now my nails are glued to my skin and it's so painful. Im not sure if all the workers are careless about nails or it's just him. Cause I've watched the other girls they're very talented and patient. But I'll come in and someone's working on a set and I'll be out before they're done. Way too fast. Not good fast but bad fast. Just ask for anyone but the man. I like how my eyebrows are done but that's about it. Never ever going here again for acrylics. Spend your money on a real tech that cares. read more

This salon opened up near our home, and I'm all about supporting and promoting new businesses. My daughter and I frequented often during their grand opening special in December (30% off all services) and I really liked the staff and cleanliness of the salon. Since I had had positive experiences previously, I decided to return for a new mani/pedi to herald in 2021. Wow - what a change in service! I called around 11:30am to schedule a mani/pedi with Jollyn for 1:30pm. The gentleman I spoke to assured me they were not busy and would be accommodated at that time. I diligently arrived at 1:20pm to give myself some time to choose a color. Jollyn came out, and I was seated at a pedicure station at 1:35pm. After filling the foot spa with water, Jollyn said, "Can you wait here for 5 minutes? I just have to do something." "Sure," I replied. I turned on the massage chair and proceeded to entertain myself. After a few minutes, I looked up and realized 15 minutes had passed. I looked around the half-empty salon and couldn't find Jollyn. Now it's been 20 minutes, and now 30. I'm starting to get antsy, and honestly - very frustrated. Other patrons who came well AFTER me have already had their pedicures started. I look over at the manicure section and finally notice that Jollyn is doing SOMEONE ELSE'S nails (a full set, I might add) and basically had me waiting for more than 30 minutes while my feet got prune-y waiting for her. I pulled my feet out of the foot spa and proceeded to dry my feet. The owner noticed and offered that someone else would take over for the services, but I was already infuriated at this point. Who schedules appointments at the same time, and expects the other customer to wait?!! As I packed up my things, the owner ran after me to apologize but did not offer any solutions. I was appalled at how disrespectful and inconsiderate the staff was. I will not be returning and will tell all my friends not to support this salon. It's obvious they don't care about proper customer service and only want to fill the chairs to give the impression of a successful business rather than actually provide quality service. read more

Rose has done my lashes for over a year, at Aria and another Stone Oak salón. I love how beautifully she crafts my lashes. I get a hybrid fill about every 2-3 weeks and she makes them beautiful and full every time!! She's also the sweetest person! I enjoy talking with her while she's getting me prepped. I went in to get my nails taken off. However when I sat down the lady started taking my nails off one by one ripping them off with a nail tip, her nails, and a cuticle clipper. She never once touched my nails when acetone! I get my nails done often so I know the process of getting them removed. This would have been fine if I was getting dip put back on however I wasn't and made that clear from the beginning . Overall, I will never come here again! -100/10 read more
