Patrick and Meggie and the entire staff are extremely friendly and provide great customer service. I travel a lot so I have been to several other throughout the years, but I always try and wait because they are the absolute best. I get manicures (shellac) and pedis, but the offer waxing and other services also. They often have walking appointments without a wait and are very accommodating and have fit me in when I have been pressed for time before big events. There salon is more on the upscale end. The most upscale I have been to in the area. The decor and fixtures are all high quality which adds to the ambiance. The pedicure bowls are very clean. They unwrap all the utensils in front of you from sterile bags. They are very aggressive about cleanliness. The bathroom is even very nice with real towels to dry your hands. They offer several price points for the pedicures and several different time frames as well. The express fits nicely into my busy schedule. It gets the job done but i am in and out. The royal is the priciest and my favorite if I want to relax. I like the hot stones the hotter the better! It also includes a mask and paraffin. The water is always as hot as you want it, and no matter how busy they are they never run out. They do a great job of clipping your nails even if you have ingrown nails. I never get the cheese grater looking thing done in my heels. That scares me, but you can opt out. I think a lot of people do. The shellac last so long. I have had my current shellac in almost 4 weeks and just got a chip! Once you go shellac you never go back! They remove the old shellac for a small fee. Unlike other salons they don't file your nails super thin. They do them however you want. Rounded or squared. Long or short. Most recently I had a design done for a themed event and everyone loved them! The glitter selection is pretty impressive. They even have mood shellac which would be fun for kids. The customer service is excellent. I had a couple nails chip one time after the first couple of days. (I've had them done for years now and that's bound to happen at some point just the nature of the business. Sometimes the product just fails.) I didn't have time to make it back in right away but when I stopped in the following week They fixed me up the next day no charge. Great customer service!!! Especially after a full week, I expected to pay. It was a lovely surprise. They are always doing a little extra to make sure your nails are perfect! Also, it is a small local business so remember to pay in cash so they don't have to pay the credit card processing fees :)

I've gone here for everything from my wedding nails to birthday nails and so many occasions in between. This was also my husband's go-to place when he wanted to buy me gift cards. I've supported this salon for years and genuinely wanted to continue being a customer. I actually had a previous experience here that I was unhappy with, but because of how long I had been going to the salon, I decided to give them one more chance. Unfortunately, I deeply regret that decision after this experience. This particular appointment was especially important to me. As a mom, I rarely get time to myself, so I actually hired a babysitter specifically so I could have some much-needed time to relax and be pampered. Instead, I left the salon extremely upset and in tears over the way my pedicure turned out. There were multiple attempts to fix the issue by Tracy, who did my service, spending more than 20 minutes trying to correct my toes. I even asked the manager/Don to fix it, but instead he just stood there translating. Unfortunately, even after those attempts, I was still unhappy with the final result. I left in tears because no one even apologized to me the entire time I was there and Tracy huffed and puffed the entire time she was "fixing" the problem. She literally made two of my nails longer than they were with nail polish. Like, what? I reached out afterward because I was genuinely upset and hoped the salon would make the situation right. I was offered another opportunity to come back and have it fixed, but after already having multiple attempts made to correct the problem, I was not comfortable returning for another attempt. I requested a refund instead, but my request was refused. Don told me to return to have it FIXED AGAIN. Let me just hire another babysitter. What hurts the most is not simply that the service didn't turn out the way I expected. It's the way the situation was handled afterward. After more than a decade of being a customer, I expected my concerns to be taken seriously and for the salon to work with me toward a fair resolution. I gave this salon another chance after a previous disappointing experience, and unfortunately, this was the final straw for me. After more than 10 years of loyalty, I never expected to leave feeling this disappointed and unheard. I will not be returning, and I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously. Customers--especially longtime customers--should feel valued and respected when something goes wrong.
