They are unsanitary, allow other patient's samples to remain in the restrooms for who knows how long as other patients walk in, see the sample along with your PII/PHI. This is a security risk as well. The front desk personnel are atrocious and you will not be able to reach your prescriber. When you leave messages with the front desk, you have a 25% chance that you may reach your doctor. Doctor either doesn't get the messages or doesn't return your calls. This is a MEDICAL facility. Your information, PII, and PHI should be protected. Especially from an auditors standpoint, and this will also be reported. Unsanitary, security risk, and absolutely abhorrent staff. Definitely do not go here.

I even had my personal therapist attempt to reach out professionally and no response was received. A professional therapist ghosting clients in need is one of the most unprofessional things I have ever seen in therapy. Other people have posted positive reviews for this agency so I have to imagine other therapists are more professional but I would strongly advise doing your homework on your potential therapist before accepting therapists with this organization before you place your hopes in receiving therapy.

It was a humiliating and dehumanizing experience. They told me they would give me a pass for the methamphetamine due to the similarities in chemical construct of the one type of medication they prescribed me. The other drug I tested positive for was what got me kicked out of the practice. The drug test used was saliva and not urine. Could have had a false positive due to vaping minutes prior to my appointment.

I first came to Laura while trying to deal with intense feelings of guilt over wanting to divorce my ex husband though I still loved him. Laura helped me work through that and eventually make the decision that was best for me. I've seen her on and off through the years while I deal with various issues but she is always there to help me work through things and process them. If you're stressed, or struggling, or just need to talk to someone - I think having someone who is impartial and trained to listen and provide experience and advice is a great investment in your health and well-being. I almost have two years clean and the fact that they did not give me my medication at 40 mg a starting dose sickens me.... I thought they were there for HELP!!! they are not there to help this place is disgusting and disgraceful and they OPPOSITE OF HELP do not go to this place SHUT IT DOWN
