From the moment I spoke with Chris, I knew he was going to be the floral designer for my daughter's wedding. He returned calls, answered emails, and never left me feeling that he was in it for only my money. Out of 5 other vendors that I reached out to, Chris was the only one that checked off all of the boxes. Every other vendor I spoke with mentioned their minimum price, right off the bat, not Chris, he wanted to know what the vibe was, what flower we liked, and what we thought we wanted to spend. I thought he and his team would do great work, but he did so much more - he made the venue look magical. As my daughter and my new son-in-law knelt at the altar, I could not help but notice how beautiful the flowers he provided in the chapel were. When we made it back to the venue, I was blown away - Chris and his team made the venue look like it was straight out of a fairytale book. It is now 5 days after the wedding, and I have several arrangements that I took home, and they still look perfect. The flowers still look fresh enough to use for another wedding. They are so perfect looking, that I actually pulled some of the petals apart, just to make sure they were real - they are! Hands down, best florist you could possibly choose.

I place orders for weddings, and about 90% of the time the flowers arrive in terrible condition: brown, moldy, or already past their prime. The quality is horrible, especially considering the premium prices they charge. On top of that, they don't stand behind their products. If flowers arrive old or unusable (with heads falling off), they refuse to issue refunds. It feels like they just take your money and run. Save yourself the time, stress, and disappointment -- you're much better off ordering from another wholesaler online or going to the floral reserve.

Well it seems they're one of the only rentals in the area. they do their job, do not go above and…read morebeyond. They said they'd inform us 24 hours before they'd show up for delivery. They did not thankfully I work from home or I would've missed them. Which isn't the delivery people's fault so I moved my car and gave water to all the workers. When they were putting the tent up I told them they could put the stakes wherever they needed just to not touch my flowers. They spray painted 2 flowers and put a stake through one which already wasn't doing well from the heat wave so completely destroyed it. Then before they left they said they'd pick it up on Wednesday. They arrived Monday morning for pick up without any notice again. Not an issue for me but if someone needed to tent for the full paid for week or isn't home would be an issue.

Additionally, the quality is 10 out of 10, these are not the standard back yard tents. They are wedding quality and like new in terms of polls and supports. Highly recommend the table cloths as they attach to the table legs and withstand any wind. Not the cheapest option but the quality and service are 100% worth the price.
