The fee is a flat fee for utilizing my home warranty plan so it's fair. Service was prompt/on-time, but post-appointment communication was curt and not clear, without enough details and there was no invoice/statement of services rendered to include details on what services/repairs were done and the materials/replacements provided. This is a rental home, so having to go through property mgr to get tenant to give more info and any paperwork is a huge hassle when the service provider could've provided the paperwork to show what materials and services were rendered. Called AHS the 4th time to learn that Loyalty closed the service claiming they had replaced my valve which they did not. I would never recommend Loyalty or AHS to anyone
