Had a clogged kitchen sink drain issue. It's been backed up before. I knew I needed more than a standard clean-out due to excessive grease and build up in most of the pipe run. Called All Hours Plumbing for a Hydrojet clean-out. James came out and spent several hours getting every last piece of crud until the ENTIRE pipe run was completely clean! James did an AWESOME job! My irrigation system suddenly malfunctioned and we came to realize that the sprinklers had been running for about 5 hours, my yard was just about flooded. I called All Hours Plumbing and they had someone at my house within half hour. James was wonderful- very professional and was able to quickly resolve my problem. Love this company, they are fast, their office is always easy to get ahold of on the phone and they really do help you in case of emergency. On Super Bowl Sunday i threw a party, and of course the one day i had a party, sewage started coming up in my bathrooms and i had 40 people in my house. Called this place and they were at my house within 45 mins ON SUPER BOWL SUNDAY, and they had my house back to normal within an hour after cleaning out my drains, the day was saved. Had an emergency situation overnight with clogged pipes where all of the toilets stopped flushing properly and were backing up into the showers etc. Called All Hours Plumbing first thing in the morning and was told that James could be there within 2 hours and would provide a free estimate after evaluating the situation. He was prompt, called us as soon as he was 20 minutes away, very professional, and identified the problem quickly. He had everything solved and up and running appropriately within 1.5 hours. I randomly called this company because of a faulty water heater. I had renters in the house and they weren't getting hot water. This company sent JAMES out and let me tell you this was by far the best experience I've ever had with a service company. The first day he spent half the day looking for parts which were unavailable but figured out how to finally get the pilot light lit and working and even stayed for 30 minutes after it was lit to make sure it didn't go out. Unfortunately, the next day it did go out again. I called and the company sent JAMES out again and he ended up calling whirl pool and getting an authorization code for a new water heater for me and went and picked it up and installed it. JAMES is an exceptional employee and deserves a huge raise. If I owned a company I would probably try and steal JAMES from this one! LOL read more

Had a Saturday eventing back up, called All Hours Plumbing and they showed up within an hour. Job was bigger than anyone could have anticipated, and couldn't be remedied that night but Mike showed up Sunday am at 730 as promised with help. They worked all day to fix our issue and did it right the first time. No home owner wants to have plumbing issues especially late at night on a weekend. But if you do it's nice knowing you can call someone to handle the issue. They were professional, warrantied the work and explained the entire process. Can't say enough about All Hours. Had a water pipe break from the street to the house. Jim came out very quickly, diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate and fixed the problem. And he was masked! For what he had to do which included digging a trench, getting rid of some bushes that broke the line, laying new pipe, and putting in new valves I am awestruck! Absolutely fantastic service and pricing!!! Called this morning with a huge irrigation leak that soaked the street and someone was there within an hour to diagnose then went immediately to pick up parts and spent the next three hours fixing the problem.
