After being surprised by Josef's approximately $900 quote to replace the movement of the watch (a standard quartz movement that itself is available for sale online for ~$40) I took the watch to JR Dunn in Pompano--an authorized Tag dealer and repair shop, where Josef's is not--and was quoted less than $300 to have the entire job done, by Tag themselves, with a warranty. Shamelessly quoting 3x a certified dealer for the exact same job is outrageous.

Tube muy mala experiencia con una prenda q la mande achicar, quedaba algo grande y fue la que me gustó. La prenda se rompió en 3 pedazos !! Jamás pero jamás eso me había ocurrido, las empleadas no tienen la capacidad para enfrentar ninguna situación, no dan la respuesta que un cliente con toda su derecho necesita escuchar, cuando voy a recoger la prenda que por mal trabajo se rompió en (3) pedazos la prenda me la van a devolver escachada!! DO NOT GO TO THIS JEWELRY PLACE!! They will scam you and sell you something it's not!! My father purchased a ring for my mothers birthday and the lady told her it's was a "yellow gold ring with diamonds" and he paid around $1800 for it. A couple of weeks after the purchase, the yellow gold began to fade to a silver-ish color. So, my parents decided to go back to the store to file a claim so they could exchange it or get their money back. The lady at that place was extremely rude and told them the "yellow gold" ring was turning silver because it was "white gold" that they turned into yellow gold.... first of all, there's no such thing as "white gold", white gold is made from mixing yellow gold with other white metals or treated with Rhodium. Authentic Yellow gold can't mysteriously turn white if you wear it. After they continued to argue, the lady proceeded with taking the piece of jewelry, but only giving them $500 back and not the $1800 they originally paid for. It is obvious that my parents were scammed by these people If I could give them ZERO stars, I would!! read more
