After locating my car I went to the location that was posted on Google and it a house that was not the right location. After finding the correct location again I showed up to the site where my car was. There was nobody there, no hours posted or nobody picking up my calls. I decided to go home and confront my complex again and they still had no idea about cars being towed. I finally was informed to text a number where It was arranged for me to pick my car up. As soon as I get there I'm trying to get questions answered as to who had my car towed and why considering there were other cars infront of me and behind me that were not towed. I'm a paying tenant in this complex and also have a parking sticker on my dashboard. The man there assisting couldn't tell me who called but said " 50 tenants called and complained about cars and also the police called and complained", which is completely incorrect. After asking the questions I asked the man how much it was going to be he quoted be $700 which by reading all your reviews he definitely was up charging me and also up charging me from the sign posted in my apartment complex. This was by far the worst experience with any towing company and not to mention the most unprofessional when the man started charging at me when I decided to call the police and get this sorted out. He was screaming it was his day off and that because I was calling the police I wouldn't be able to have my car today. Truly the worst and scariest experience. Highway patrol required us to be towed us to an abandoned Sears parking lot (at OUR EXPENSE $500.00!) in a very sketchy area. Uhaul didnt even return our calls. The only help we had, was from Rob at CES. He got us towed to his lot and advocated for us to get a new truck, transfer of contents & a place to sleep. Uhaul was totally unbothered about us being stranded with 2 kids a cat a dog & a hamster with a truck containing all of our possessions thousands of miles from our destination. Without Rob and CES we would still be sitting in that lot. I am forever grateful to CES. I strongly recommend this business.

He said he did. He arrives over 1 1/2 hrs later in an old car with a CANE as his car antenna. I'm talking real professional service. Couldn't tow of course and after trying to start car even though I knew the engine was frozen HE CHARGED $45 for nothing!! NOTHING. Of course he only takes CASH and no receipt. Wonder what IRS thinks of that practice. Don't even know if he has a legit towing permit. Then he kept calling me shouting and asking what did I want he performed a service. He saw a disabled older woman and he took advantage I've told police and they say if he keeps harassing me they will take action now that I have a report filed... Don't call them...
