He will waste your time and lie to you until the insurance company pays and then the company ghosts you. I started the process of getting a new prosthetic made for my left leg on 10/2013. It is now June 17, 2014, and Glenn Easton of Limbcare Prosthetics and Orthotics will not return my calls. I have private insurance through my employers, I've had a few fittings in January 2014. After those fittings, I had to call Glenn multiple times to follow up on the progress of my new prosthetic. I have yet to get a straight answer and am forced to walk around on a broken prosthetic as this poorly managed company has wasted months of my time, I am forced to walk around in pain with a broken down 3 1/2 year old prosthetic leg. If you require a prosthetic or orthotic device, I would advise you to look elsewhere, as this company will only give you the run-around and play childish games with patients who are disabled and facing physical and emotional difficulties due to limb loss. ***UPDATE 2/2019*** I just received a message request on Instagram from Glenn Easton of Limbcare Orthotics & Prosthetics of NJ. He would like me to remove my review because it's negatively impacting his "business". If he had bothered to give me the common courtesy of a human being and actually communicated with me in a timely and professional manner all of this could have been avoided. Now to send me a message request on Instagram at midnight offering to "make it right" nearly 5 years later is completely unacceptable, and I will never ever put myself in the care of Glenn Easton or Limbcare Prosthetics & Orthotics. My prosthesis very much affects my day to day life, and considering my initial experience with your clinic why on earth would I risk putting myself in that ordeal a second time? I felt violated after subjecting myself to measurements and castings in hopes of finally getting a prosthetic leg only to be ghosted by your clinic. I can only assume being avoided and having my calls sent to an answering machine was likely due to insurance details, that any other clinic would have tried to resolve or at the very least explain to the patient as to what the delays were and/or why they wouldn't be able to move forward with fabricating a new prosthesis. I really hope no other amputee will have to go through an ordeal like what I experienced at Limbcare Prosthetics & Orthotics in NJ. Glenn is a crook.

There is a separate private room for fittings. Rose is a knowledgeable and experienced fitter who took my measurements and asked questions to determine what products to bring me based on what I was looking for. For the prosthetics, she intuitively knew what was best for my altered "new" body. Since this was a unique experience for me, I was dubious that I would find something that fit comfortably, having worn bras with underwires prior to surgery. Rose made me feel comfortable; she encouraged me to try on different styles until we found the right ones. Since they are an approved Medicare provider, they handled all the paperwork for Medicare and my other health insurance. NO OTHER post-Mastectomy fittings stores I called would accept Medicare as payment; all the others said I would have to pay upfront and then file a claim with Medicare and wait for a reimbursement. Considering the cost of a single prosthesis and I required 2 prostheses plus Mastectomy bras, it was appreciated that they conduct business this way. All I needed was a prescription from my Doctor. I was extremely pleased to see that they require customers to wear a mask and will provide you with one (if you forgot yours), had hand sanitizer and also took my temperature... because I was in very close proximity with the staff. Healthy people seem to forget that cancer patients need to be extra cautious about their health, despite vaccinations (June 2022). There were several open (and free) Parking spots in front of the store. They also have many other surgical/medical supplies including diabetic footwear, walkers, wheelchairs in stock. They provide Respiratory supplies. Good to know for the future. In their website, it reads "Se Habla Español".

Natalya is far too incompetent to even have an easy job, let alone one with the responsibility of pharmaceutical issues. Anytime I call and ask to speak with a supervisor, I am told they will call back or in the latest case, they're on a vacation that has been at least two weeks and another employee (Megan) can't say when the supervisor will be back because she doesn't "keep tabs on that." If you have time to call Nate's and follow up five or six times every time you need something, and then still have it come incorrectly or not come, then sure give them a try. I don't know anyone who has time for the follow-up required to deal with Nate's employees.

Went to pick up Nd they never heard of me or her. Then took a paper script in. Lots of confusion and stupidity with bothy insurance card and the actual drug. Really intellectually challenged tech at the counter. Yesterday doc called in another med. back and forth with insurance coverage while o kept saying I will just pay out of pocket. Do not want their alternative. I am coming in tomorrow and will pick up paying full price. No problem. Ha! Of course they gave me the alternate with the idiot at the register saying this is better than what your doc wants.

I went with these people based on a recommendation. WORST THING I COULD HAVE EVER DONE!!! The service is SLOW and INCOMPETENT to say the least. I had a right BKA and the IDIOT technician fitted me with a USED LEFT FOOT on a RIGHT BKA...then took over a month to get back to me about it. Their follow up care SUCKS I just bought my own gear and learned how to make adjustments and everything by myself...that way there's nobody to blame now lol Seriously though, these guys are the WORST.
