These people are ambulance chasers who have no interest in getting you well enough to get back to your life. I was harassed about not having a lawyer. They actually had a lawyer call me about my "case." The office manager took it upon herself to have a "sit down" with me to encourage (or force) me to get one. Me telling them I'm not interested in litigation, I'm interested in being able to squat without serious pain did nothing. They threatened to come after me for the bills if the insurance company didn't pay. Then scheduled me for tests I probably didn't need. They sent me to a specialist about my knees, who decided after seeing my MRI that I needed to have surgery on both knees. I went to a different doctor for a second opinion, and a third doctor that I'm actually seeing now, and neither thought surgery was necessary or would be of any benefit. In fact, both said that the injury to my right knee doesn't even require surgery. It heals on it's own. Oddly enough, 98% of the time I went in for treatment (my MRI claims I have all kinds of injuries to my neck and back as well as my knees), all I got was a heating pad and stim machine on my knees, and some really really bad acupuncture. I could feel the needles. A couple of times I got the stim machine/heating pad combo on my back. No exercise, no strengthening of the muscles around my injured knees. No attention to the other injuries I have. There was also the series of "pain shots" administered by Dr. Cohen that didn't work at all. If your goal is to help them get rich off billing insurance companies then by all means, this is the place for you. If your goal is to get better and get back to your life, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Never again.

I made the trip, but it wasn't enjoyable at all, looking back on things, I should've just taken the L and missed the trip, but I had to be there for my friend and I feel better now so worth it right?!! Once I arrived, I was greeted by the receptionist who had me fill out all the proper paperwork and then I went to see Dr. Bruce! I explained to him what was going on and as soon as he examined me I started crying. When I tell y'all my pain was unbearable I was not kidding! He could tell how much I was hurting and assured me that he'd do everything to help me feel better. After just the first treatment.... y'all I couldn't believe it but I actually left feeling better. I was walking back to my office with a smile and a little pep in my step. I thought they were doing some kind of witchcraft in there because the difference from when I walked in to now leaving was HUGE! I couldn't wait to go back to my next session so I could get to 100% The second session wasn't so great, I left thinking things got worse, but after the third and I fourth, I realized this was all part of the process and finally I can say that I am back to my old self.. but with a better back! Dr. Bruce was fantastic and I am so thankful to him for helping me get to a better place. Although I feel better, I plan on going back soon because it's nice to just get seen and make sure things are going along as they should. After this experience I realized, you shouldn't wait until something is terribly wrong to make yourself and your health a priority. And also, the massage therapists they have there are AMAZING!!!!!! Especially Dax, he has magic hands and I believe he could've cured me just with those!

Couple days later, I found myself in excruciating pain on my upper back (shoulder blade) and called them to see if I can pop in for that first visit. Not only did they say "yes, sure come in now," but they also treated the free consultation as if I was already a paying client. If they're willing to scam me out of all this money, lie, ignore me, and act completely unprofessional, how do you think that reflects on their actual therapy business? This is a New York City-based therapy and wellness practice that claims to specialize in mental health, couples therapy, and overall well-being. The irony is unbelievable -- a company supposedly helping people heal and feel better can't even treat their paying customers with basic respect. If this is how they operate on the business side, what else are they doing that's unscrupulous behind closed doors? They owe me $300 total, and until they make it right, I'll keep posting this review everywhere. People deserve to know the truth.

Dr Liu took all my pain away and gave me back my lifting abilities all while treating me like an actual person, not like a dollar sign as i had been in Erie. he explained the surgery completely, and the team set up everything from my hotel as well as travel to and from the hotel to surgery center. i have often spoke with folks debating on getting surgery done and hands down the most amazing place i've had work done. and because of that, i went to them again last year for detrimental cervical spine issues. In early 2025 was told my spinal column c5-c3 was unstable and in x-rays you could see it tipping off to the left. the pain i endured was so bad, i often thought about just ending existence. my pain was as if someone put red hot coals under my skin and into my muscles from my skull down to my lower lt region and across my entire back and into my shoulder and down both arms...and the pain was 24/7 with zero relief for months. Dr. Bitan preformed a double discectomy with the insertion of 2 cadaver bones and a mesh around c3-5. I got my x ray done and we went over it together. he even allowed me to take a pic of my x rays with my phone when i asked. but anyways, he explained the problems i have and it turns out i had multiple problems more than i thought i had before i went in. the adjustments were fast and smooth, i didn't experience any pain during the adjustments and instead it feels weird in a really good way. dr. J told me i'll experience soreness on my back the next day but i didn't feel any soreness at all. the next morning(yesterday) i woke up and everything felt normal, no soreness, no nothing. so i decided go to gym and everything feels normal as usual until i started doing my first workout of the day, and WOWWWWW! my entire mindset just changed, i did 16 pull ups in a row like my body is as light as a feather, i felt so much stronger, so much more explosive power and faster than before like my body has been reborn overnight. the max weight i use to struggle with for my back days workouts just became so much easier to pull like it was nothing and i really wasn't expecting that at all. After one initial visit (believing in chiropractic services over the last 30 years without hesitation), I have now had doubts on the validity of their internal practices. While DOCTOR FERNANDE is definitely empathetic and truly wants to help heal your maladies, their internal staff and practices are very questionable. My second visit there was because of an auto accident and after the internal staff was very alluring on the outside the inside has much to be appreciated when rotten. I was readmitted after my accident, as a new patient under insurance terms instead of personal payments and the price hike was astounding. After trying to adjust or at least be seen they told me that I should revoke my admissions to their office simply because my insurance wouldn't take it instead of paying my regular cash only price that I was originally offered. IRS, are you watching? I highly recommend no one ever step foot in this office they are not out for your well-being they're out for your money and they will only see you as far as my experience here go, if you have insurance issues that will pay their higher insurance prices.
