She is taking the highest of COVID precautions and has extremely clean stations. There is never a wait with Whitney and she is able to generally get you in and out in around 90 minutes depending on the service. She has done everything for me from a wash and go to a quick weave and I have been satisfied with all of the styles. In fact, the few times I've had any issues she has immediately responded to correct whatever the challenges were. I have VERY soft fine hair that I wear naturally curly most of them time so I am used to curls falling out and styles sweating out whenever I have it straightened with heat. However you'll see in my picture that I have second day hair that is holding all the curls, it's a Christmas miracle! Check Whitney out for your next style.

I booked with Caitlin V bc she specializes in blondes. Caitlin lived up to her reviews and then some! She took the time to talk to me about what I wanted and she more than delivered. Not only is she talented, she is kind, funny, and really interesting to talk to. I was in need of a 'pick me up' w/my hair and I got it! I am 66 and have had my hair cut and colored all over the world, and I have to say Caitlin is one of the best. Wish I lived in Cincinnati, I'd be a regular! The salon is peaceful and trendy, without being intimidating. The salon manager, Jack communicated clearly with me by email, and was so helpful when I was making my appointment. They were also prompt in responding to my questions, which can be a rarity these days. The front desk staff was so welcoming and made me feel like a long time cherished customer. They gave me recommendations on restaurants and places to visit in the area (shout out Victoria!), as it was my first time to Cincinnati. All of their products are organic and you can tell they really know their stuff when it comes to body grooming and care. They offer tons of services, including but not limited to: Waxing, haircuts (for men and women), mani's, pedi's, massages, etc. My cousin and I had the pleasure of getting our nails done by the owners themselves and they are absolutely the cutest, sweetest ladies ever!
