Upon reaching out, kat greeted me in a very professional manner and began speaking about the services that they offered. I then scheduled an appointment to have my car paint corrected and ceramic coated. They are super flexible in terms of time and day I work all the way in San Diego and they were able to meet with me even a day earlier than my original appointment to take delivery of the car. After I dropped off, there was no lack of communication issues on their end and they let me know when the car will be ready even after a slight scheduling mishap. His price was fair and documentation of services was thorough. Communication was fast and complete. In my first life, I was a car detailer and I am hard to please. Ben was beyond thorough. He took 2-days to paint correct my truck and half a day to coat it. It looks perfect; actually, better than perfect. His attention to detail is not lost only me. I've hired and paid so many Detailers to ceramic coat vehicles, I am experienced with what the typical service entails and am saddened by the lack of care/passion that's resulted from an abundance of detailers and the pressures of price competition. I got the Gold Wash which ended up being $43.99 with a military discount and add'l charge for the side of the truck - if I didn't know any better this is a scam, a rip off for the prices they offer! From the moment I exited my truck to when they were done with it was 15min tops! Windows didn't get cleaned, carpet was not fully vacuumed, and the interior was not even wiped down. We confirmed the appt a few times. He showed up for the appt. However, Within MINUTES, he said he had to leave and would be back. He said he would contact us with an hour. It's been 32 hours now and no call or text from Derrick. This is the most inconsiderate, unprofessional, insensitive, waste of time that we have experienced...not to mention the lost of some income. We lost a whole day, waiting for Derrick to call, so the job could be completed. No call. No text. No update. Nothing. He is unprofessional and unreliable. He is NOT RECOMMENDED.

I had my new '26 BMW 230i and my '21 M4 in for full front clear PPF on the 230i and a front fascia…read moreclear PPF on the M4. They put a rookie on both jobs (unknown to me) and he royally screwed the 230i job with horrible trim cuts that were crooked and jagged. The M4 was not great work but better than the 230i. That was a complete abortion. I complained and the rookie called his boss and agreed to fix it. When I went to pick it up after FOUR DAYS at the shop, it was not finished and was told they fired the rookie and another tech would take over. I refused to let them mess with my car anymore and took it home. I have since contested the charge with my bank since Ceramic Pro refused to refund me. Amateur hour, for sure. P
