This is the third time that I have been when the prices that are on the display or the product are not what is on the receipt after paying. It is interesting that you can't see the prices as the items are being rung up, very important. First time I was too far gone to turn back around. Second time it was about $5 dollars difference between three items. The manager made the refund and apologized. This last time when I mentioned the $1 difference after having paid, the manager (I guess) comes back after looking at the price to say "just so you know next time it is this price." If this had been a one off maybe but no, this is not. When I mentioned that she mentioned they were between two systems, same thing I was told last time. I glutton for punishment. The place is convenient and has most of what I am looking for. This time it was marked 8.99 and the receipt said 9.99. The cashier gave me a store credit... nope that is not my error. Manager corrected it, apologized and said... they don't control the tariffs. So basically you will be charged and won't know what you paid after you get your receipt and no refunds!

In any case, the ladies were nice, but since my husband did all the talking (in korean), I didn't know if they spoke english well. So, I'm not sure if i'll be able to go in by myself... but I've noticed that in Ellicott City, when we go to restaurants or businesses, people seem to know english very well, so maybe it'll be ok. This is the surgeon from hell. Went in for a liposuction procedure. Usually this procedure would be…read moreperformed in an outpatient facility (hospital) but this "Shady Dr" performed it at his Charles Village office. That should've been my first sign to head for the hills. Anyway, the anesthesiologist came there to sedate me and must not be given me enough. I awakened to the dr and a few other people trying to turn me over because he had apparently dropped me on my hip? One of my hips was SERIOUSLY flattened during the procedure. I looked like I was deformed. One hip was completely flat and the other round. I was in total disbelief and was told I would heal and the fat would settle. Bull----!!! I went to another dr who refused to even touch me. He told me I needed to get more lipo to now fill that area with fat that I was dropped on. Now here is where things got interesting. Dr Shureih agreed I was in shambles due to his bs procedure and agreed to fix the issue but at another charge!!! He saw I was jacked up and instead of graciously fixing the problem and being grateful I wasn't dragging him to court about this deformity, he greedily charged me for another anesthesiologist and a "discounted" rate for additional lipo I would NOT have otherwise needed had he NOT jacked me up in the first place!!!! If that were fair, he could go around messing everyone up with the intentions of making more money to revise HIS mistakes!! I was left with no choice since no other dr would correct his mishap and I was stuck with a deformed hip. Even after his corrective surgery and time to heal, my hips still aren't even from being dropped on that table. Do NOT trust this back alley guy. He has a very low moral compass and is only concerned about making money...oh and more money. Avoid
