I've been in the store several times but have never purchased anything. A lot of the shoes styles they offer are for a very particular type of clientele. I have found a few styles I like but they didn't have my size available when they went on sale. One cool thing is they have a wide range of sizes and narrows and wides. My mother has a very hard time finding narrow shoes to fit her feet but at Marmi we always find the perfect pair or two! The associate didn't hurry us at all even though we were in close to closing time. Mama told her what she was interested in and she went to the back and grabbed several pairs for her to try. We ended up leaving with 3 pair, 2 for Mama and one for myself! We highly recommend Marmi for nice, quality shoes and look forward to our next time there!

It was about 11:30 AM on a weekday & there was only one other customer in the store, with three male employees. The younger of the three employees greeted me very cheerfully. I explained to him what I was looking for & he immediately took me over to the wall of shoes, asked for my color preference & picked out exactly what I was looking for. I gave him my size & within a couple of minutes, he brought the shoes out. Thankfully, he stepped away & allowed me time to check them out & practice jogging through the store. Of course, the beloved "add on sale", he wanted to show me some insoles. The store is really organized & clean. They offer shoes, socks, & t-shirts in the top brands, primarily Nike. Prices seem to be comparable to other retailers.

Young guy with dreads (did not get his name)standing behind the counter doing nothing. I asked if he was available, and he kinda jumped a little as if he didn't see me. His customer service skills were lacking along with his knowledge of the product in the store. He didn't hesitate to tell me how long he had before getting off work. Brought my shoes out and went and stood over at the counter and ignored me. No problem, I told him across the store that I was not interested and left. I guess I'll stick with Nordstrom's and their customer service.

Now needing an appointment to browse thru a store where the cheapest item is more than a mortgage payment is a different story. I'm sure it's due to covid protocol but the execution is poor. So back to Dee she was very knowledgeable of products and availability. Along with being patient with me and my horrible bank hurdles. To top it all off when I had to go back the next day when she was off she ensured I was well taken care of. I hope the store manager recognizes they have a stellar employee!
