We purchased a robot vacuum for Christmas. The package never arrived and we opened an investigation with UPS. It's now been a month. I have called Kohls multiple times to try and get a refund. They said that they can't refund the order because they show it as delivered, but UPS shows it as an open investigation. Kohls' advice was to dispute it with our credit card company. Now we have to wait to see how the charge back goes with Capital One. read more

I had been searching everywhere for some Capris pants for this summer. I had no luck at all the other department stores I had gone to. Thankfully, I had checked online and saw that Khols had a few options in stocks at this location. Off I went after work and was pleasantly surprised to find the store not crowded at all. There is a big open parking lot with plenty of parking spaces to choose from. They do have only one open entrance, which is on the left side if you're walking towards the store from the parking lot. The inside of the store was very organized and clean, which is a difference when you come during a weekend. I was able to go to the juniors section and spot the Capri pants right away. They had a couple more options then what they showed on website and they had a Buy One get one half off sale which was a major score so I was able to snag a couple of them right away. This location has a great variety of items, and they also have an Amazon drop-off location inside the store, which is very convenient. I would try to avoid coming on weekends as I said, it can get very hectic and messy but overall a nice store. read more

I have come here to return items for Amazon, but occasionally find something on my way in or out. Some of the prices are reasonable. They have a wide variety of merchandise from food, children's items, to Jewelry, women's and mens clothes to home goods. If you come to the store for Amazon you get 25 percent off a purchase. They have a large shared parking lot. The sales associates are hit or miss when it comes to customer service some are rude while others are amazing and make you think about returning. The store is clean and typically well stocked with many items. However,they do not follow the CDC guidelines and NC State policies currently. I was disappointed to see people around d the store with no mask and people that worked there not telling them to put one on or leave despite the front door saying mask mandate. read more

I go to Kohls with my parents. I used to despise going to Kohls until recently! Place - Huge store with everything. Clothes - I adore LC (Lauren Conrad's) clothing line. I find her to be fashionable and loved her sweaters, blue denim shirts, and cute blouses. Whenever I have a chance to stop into Kohl's, I immediately head over to her line of clothing to see what they have. Christmas Decor - If you know me, you know I love to decorate with some class. I bought pretty red/off white stockings and loved that they are better than the ones I have seen. Price - Awesome! I mean.. when you have Kohl's cash on top of sale price, it makes shopping a bit more fun, and addicting. I find myself having to come back before the coupon expires to spend on something else. Items you can get - Rachel Ray's kitchen items, Lauren Conrad's jewelry and clothing, Vera Wang's the hip line, blankets and throws, men's suit on a good deal, and etc.. I usually visit this store if I'm looking for something pretty specific regarding clothing, housewares, or luggage. It is actually not a bad store to visit... everything is kept pretty orderly and you can almost spend hours here if you are really shopping. Having an older sister, I can locate the benches and places to sit at department stores pretty quickly... but Kohl's has a good mix of guys and gals stuff so you can walk around and browse instead of finding a place to park your behind. Some of the items can tend to run on the expensive side, but they do have a good clearance rack and you can find deals (just have to take the time to look for them). Every now-and-then the cashier line goes down the asile, but they do a pretty good job of keeping the line moving (most of the time). I do have one semi-bad memory at this store where I thought it would be a great idea to get a couple of pillows on sale for Black Friday. BAD IDEA.... everyone apparently had the same idea, if not more and I pretty much got elbowed by a grandma on a mission to get her Black Friday money's worth. read more

After initially being ignored, we asked her if there were any watches in our budget and she blatantly lied to us about the watches and said that there wasn't any watch that was in that price range in the entire store (around $50). That was right before she accused us of STEALING the watch that we looked at and handed right back to her, as she placed it behind the counter (not in the glass case) once we looked at it. After I picked out my watch, that wasn't in the glass case, we actually decided to buy the watch (my fiancée must've REALLY wanted that thing lol) so we returned to the counter and asked for her to get it back out, but the sales associate was not only unable to locate the watch we handed back a few minutes before, she accusingly told us the watch wasn't back there anymore, so she said verbatim, "well the watch isn't here anymore, so you must've walked off with it." Both my fiancée and I told her that we did no such thing, and of course she ate her words in a disgustingly disgruntled manner when she found it behind the counter. It is worth mentioning that my fiancée (a female) was looking at a men's watch, and I was looking at a female watch. She had been so nasty, it made me sick to my stomach. At this point, I wanted to walk out and not even spend our money at that store, but we asked to speak to the manager because the sales associate was treating us like trash (by the way, instead of going to get a manager, like we asked, the sales associate rudely asked "why," but thankfully, one of the managers was stocking near us and told us that she was one) I will say that Erika, one of the managers, was very kind and helpful. She understood our situation and went above and beyond to correct it. If that didn't happen, they would've lost good, long term business and I would've called corporate. read more

This is a review for tall people. Kohl's sells many things, including a plethora of (overpriced imho, but that's what you get when it has Rachael Ray's face on it) Food Network-themed kitchenware. They have good sales, the store is generally kept clean, and the lines usually move quickly. None of the above is the reason for my five-star review, however. I rate Kohl's so highly because they carry the highly-coveted "T" sizes. No other store in Matthews does, so Kohl's saves me trips to JCPenney or Esquire as long as I don't need anything extremely specific. I learned long ago that the "cool" stores don't carry clothes for people of my stretchy length. As long as Kohl's does, however, I suppose I shall make do. read more

I'm so disappointed that it has taken me this long to go in a Kohls! This location is a bit difficult to get to, but parking is plentiful! When I walked in the juniors section was immediately on my right and I steered very clear of that section. Some of those shorts wouldn't even fit around my thigh. I digress, the women's clothing selection is huge. It is a wide range of clothing that I feel encompasses young professionals to my grandmothers style as well. I love a store like that. My favorite part is they have rock and republic! The prices weren't falling over cheap but they did have some sales as well as a coupon. The store also has a great skin care area and has a little bit of a mix of high end and low end skin care. I could have spent hours in this store and tried on way more than I actually did. The selection of clothes make it a great one stop shop. I am glad I stopped in and discovered a new love for the store! read more

With the holidays approaching... I find it safer and easier for me to order online and pick up at the store. (If those stores offer it.) I usually shop here for my husband when he needs dress shirts or even dress pants. I occasionally shop here and I usually tend to get dress shirts. I like to avoid the holiday rush at all costs... so online is usually my best bet. I was shopping for shoes and decided to try this "in store pickup". Immediately after ordering my shoes I got an email confirming everything. A few hours later, I got an email saying my shoes were being shipped to the store. No more than two days later they arrived and I received an email that my items were ready for pick up. So I drove over and went to the back of the store where they do returns and online pick ups. I wasn't even there for 5 minutes. The lady scanned my email code, sent someone to pick up the items in the back. And BAM they said "have a nice day!" Way easy. Don't have to worry about someone steeling my packages from my door step! Thanks for allowing us to pick up at the store. Makes my life stress free! read more

Extremely rude associate at curbside service. It was advertised as contactless, but I was forced to roll down the window and come in contact with associate. When I made the comment that this defeated the purpose of curbside pickup, she in turn made a comment about me not wearing a mask in my own car when the service was supposed be contactless in the first place. This Kohl's location has some updated display units that are nice and make it look more modern than some other Kohl's locations that I have been in. The stock of merchandise seemed pretty good. I used the order online and pick up in store option online and the process was pretty easy. I've also found some good stuff left on their clearance racks which is also pretty important! My only problem with Kohl's is sometimes when they do the math for returns. I've asked an associate to explain something to me and she told me that she couldn't and the computer just does it. She also then told me that if I had any other questions to call the customer service number. I WAS STANDING AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK WITH A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE IN FRONT OF ME. What is the point of even having employees like this working here and why would she think that it's an acceptable answer to tell me to call a number. No. I want an answer in the store. Somewhere should be able to answer customer questions in store. read more

I have to agree with an earlier review...good clothes for tall men! My husband is 6 foot 4 and has arms to match. It is hard finding things that fit without looking like he's out grown them. But Kohls carries an abundance of long arms and legs! Happy we discovered this! read more

As I entered the store I was greeted with a hello from an associate working the front of the store. Always nice to feel welcome. On this particular visit I bought some outfits for my daughter. They were priced decent and at Kohls there is always a coupon to use as long as you charge the purchase to your credit card. All the shelves were stacked very nicely and the aisles were clear. The one negative comment I have it is very difficult to navigate a baby stroller through the aisle. It needs to be wider for a family store. read more

I've found myself becoming quite the regular at Kohl's. In many respects, they are like many of the other comparable department stores. Sell a lot of the same lines, and you can expect a lot of the same experiences. What sets them apart, though, are the sales. No one can rival Kohl's sales and clearance specials. Off sale, yeah, they can be just as pricy as the next place. But when I can get a $170 designer sport coat on sale for $45, and then use a $10 off coupon on top of that...that's a no-brainer! Nearly every trip, I've saved double or triple the amount I actually spent. The staff are very professional and helpful, and you feel as though you've had that mall experience without the credit hangover the next day. As far as I'm concerned, Kohl's is usually my first stop when I need clothes or a gift. read more

Today my grandmother opened a Kohl's charge card after closing it years ago due to bad deals and just no longer shopping at kohl's in general. The advertisement says that you get 35% off today's purchases when you open a charge card. So after I got done with school we came in to get some thing and expected the 35% off as well after she had made two prior purchases and was allowed to have the 35% on two different purchases. We were then refused the 35% off and told they you only get the 35% off on the first purchase. We tried to explain and had receipt proof that we had used the discount more than once and the cashier made a big deal about asking three different people and spoke to my grandmother in a very condescending manner and then messed up the transaction so we had to stand there longer just to finish this process and get two bras and 5 panties for 80$! That's absolutely ridiculous. She also refused to show my grandmother how to find a different coupon to get a smaller discount. She just stood there smirking the whole time. read more

Shopping at Kohl's is digging through endless racks for that one special piece that you are so excited you got for 70% off. If that sounds like fun, check Kohl's out. If that sounds like a nightmare, skip it. Kohl's does have some great deals. There is ALWAYS a sale and they often run Kohl's cash promotions. Make sure to check out their website for extra coupons. My biggest complaints are the lack of organization and the often inventory. Every time I find something I like, I can never find it in my size. read more

Talk about unhappy people working here. I went in to find some tops/dresses. I started at the front women's section and worked my way back to maternity since I'm 8 months pregnant. Right next to maternity is a fitting room so naturally I go there to try on the clothes. The lady working it who has short blonde hair didn't say anything about the clothes I brought in at the time. It wasn't until I came out of the room, with all clothes back on the hangers and I go to hand them to her and she's upset that they're from a "different department" since she's in intimates. I said "I'm sorry, I was shopping right here for maternity also and this was the closest fitting room". She was snarky, took the clothes from me. Now that I think about it, I don't even know why I apologized to her at first. She gets paid to put clothes away. It shouldn't matter what department it came from. And two, if she didn't want to put clothes from another department away, why even let me in a room to begin with? Don't make the customer feel bad after the fact. Especially, when you can clearly see I was also shopping in maternity which WAS in her department. If you don't like what your job entails, then get another job! read more
