We saw it from the other side of the mall and headed over. The staff was extremely friendly from the moment we walked inside. They were kind enough to steer my brother straight to the hats that might fit his style and need. He tried a few one and then had a few more questions. The staff was right there again when he was ready to ask those questions. She guided him towards a few alternatives and was patient with all his questions. After he chose a hat and I looked around for a bit, he was ready with his choice. Before he even had to ask someone was standing there ready to ring him up. They were not pressuring him in any way but there to answer whatever questions he had. The selection was great and with the added customer service it was a great experience. The store was also clean and well organized which is nice when trying to find things in an unfamiliar store.
