I was looking for a rudder for my wakeboarding boat and called 3 California dealers, each of which had some excuse not to help. So I called out of state to Action WaterSports and Christian in service was very pleasant and said he could help me. He called the manufacturer in California, ordered the rudder, got it delivered within 3 days and had it shipped to me within 2 days. Less than a 1 week turnaround. What was even more impressive was that Christian called me to update me on my order status 3 different times. In my 10 years of experience owning a boat, it is a rare thing to find anyone at a boat dealership, other than a salesman that is trying to close a deal, that will call you back, let alone follow through in a timely manner.
