The day before our rental, he contacted us to let us know there was an issue with one of the jet skis. He was upfront about the situation, offered several solutions, and worked hard to make sure everything was repaired and ready in time for our rental. On pickup day, he walked us through the entire process and made sure we were comfortable operating the jet ski before we left. Wave and Ridge was an absolutely amazing experience from beginning to end. This was the absolute best boating experience my friends and I could have asked for. They took our bags up onto the boat when we arrived. There was a ladder to climb up and down the boat, or you can get picked up from the dock. We traveled down the lake between massive, gorgeous rock faces; got lots of pictures, enjoyed clean music (this means a lot to me!), water sports, and had great communication throughout the whole endeavor. 12/10 experience. read more
