I would give more stars if I could. New 2026 Tesla with 535 miles developed a low pressure warning. Of course I went to the Tesla' app but the soonest I would be helped was in 15 days.i went to a service station to fill the tire - normal 42 PSI but was 15 PSI. While there I could hear audible hissing. The Discount Tire was only a mile away, We were seen. They took in the Tesla. We went to lunch a short walk away. A tiny hole was found as the cause of the leak - patched and sealed. No charge and we were on our way. They were polite, friendly and expeditious. Made a last minute appointment here last Tuesday for 3:15pm. I got my time mixed up and realized I dropped it off an hour early but they still let me drop off. I had found a nail in my tire that morning and wanted to get that fixed right away. All employees were busy helping someone or in the garage area but I didn't wait long. Someone came in to check on me and then got an associate to come help right away. I checked my car in and showed them a photo of the nail in my tire. They said they can patch that up, took my keys and I was out of there in 5 mins or less! Got a text about an hour later that my car was done and ready for pick up. As soon as I was off work, I went to pick it up! Tire was patched up and there was no charge! I have had bad luck when it comes to nails and have had to take my previous car here so many times to either get the tire patched up or replaced. Service here has always been great! REQUEST A HARD COPY RECEIPT & CHECK IT BEFORE LEAVING This location had the audacity to charge me a tire warranty without my authorization. When I was calculating the total in my head as I was leaving, I went back in to ask for a receipt. Glad I did, the gentleman who helped me seemed reluctant to give me one. Well, I wonder why! I spent over $1,200 on four new tires and this is how they treat a customer? I cannot imagine how much they get away with this. Received an immediate refund and manager couldn't have cared less. Not a sorry or sense of shame at all which leads me to believe they're committing fraud on a daily basis. Icing on the cake? Four brand new Pirelli's off the line and I get no more than 3 miles down the road and my car is yelling at me to pull over. Check the tire pressure and my driver side back tire was at 9. Been a loyal customer here, got all 4 of my tires here. I always appreciate the free tire pressure check from discount tire, I think that is an amazing service this company provides for everyone! When my TPMS light is on, the first thing that comes to my mind is discount tire. I usually go to whichever location is convenient to me at that moment. At this location in chandler, everyone waited patiently in line for the free tire pressures check. I myself waited an hour for it and the car behind me waited 45mins. To access the tire pressure check line, you enter from West Chandler blvd. However, some people will try to cut in line and enter from North Pennington dr. This one lady tried to squeezed in front of me to cut in line and I wouldn't let her, everyone in the line was honking at her. This action caught the employees attention and they came to talk to the lady who tried to cut in line. After 15mins of negotiations with this lady, the employee invited her to the front and gave her the special treatment and gave her the pressure check first ahead of everyone that was patiently waited in line. I couldn't stand this kind of behavior of the wrong doing. So I stepped out of my car and walked to the front and explained that this lady cannot be treated like a VIP when she just cut in front of everyone else. I usually don't write reviews, but I really need to share my experience so others don't go through what I did. I went into Discount Tire just to get my tire pressure checked. While I was there, the guy told me I needed two tires replaced. I drive an all-wheel drive car, but nobody mentioned that replacing only two tires on an AWD is a bad idea. I was alone and trusted what they said because I don't know much about cars. They told me I had "special tires" that needed to be ordered, so I did exactly what they asked. I paid around $560 for the first two tires. The second I got on the highway, my car started shaking and rumbling. I called them, and they sent someone to my work who told me everything was fine, even though the shaking never stopped. After dealing with it for weeks, I went to Big O for a second opinion. They immediately told me that on an AWD, you should always replace all four tires, which Discount Tire never told me. That's why my car was shaking. I went back to Discount Tire and explained everything. Their solution was to have me order two more of the same tires again. I didn't want to deal with that, so I told them to replace all four with cheaper in-stock tires. They did, but they refused to refund the labor from the first two. So now I ended up paying way more than necessary, and wasted my time as well dealing with this whole mess. My car rides fine now, but I felt taken advantage of. This whole thing could've been avoided if they had just told me the truth about AWD cars from the start. Instead, I wasted money and time because of their bad advice. I won't be returning to this location, and I hope this helps someone else avoid the same situation. The staff was not rude at all I just was extremely unhappy with my service and feel taken advantage of as a single female. read more

So I came here to get a couple tires changed out for my Kia Niro. When I came in the waiting line was out the door. This place is super busy, which is a good thing, job security. I thought they did a fantastic job of communicating with people who were waiting in line, occasionally someone would come in from the outside to see if anyone was there to pickup their car. This place was a great example of what should happen when you are busy like this. It seemed like they had a good team environment going and everyone (employees) genuinely seemed to be having a good time. I came in as a walk-in and would have been fine leaving my car for a day. They got to my car and had me in and out in under 3 hours, which was amazing When I came in, they literally had no parking spaces available, when they have to have like 40 parking species. To get my car done and as timely as it was done is a testament to the excellent job they are doing at this shop. I had two bad experiences the last time I went to have my tires serviced. I was told from the previous two techs that helped me on past visits that they could not find the leaks in my two back tires. Twice I was told this on two separate visits. I have to fill up my rear driver tire once a month, my rear passenger tire I had to fill up twice a month. OSVALDO R. Not only fixed both of my rear tires but helped me replace my front two tires that needed replacement anyways for a GREAT price. He was the first person who I felt actually listened to me and on top of that educated me and I just really appreciate the time that he took and I will be coming back just because of him. Avoid this store like the plague! Go to the McClintock or Cooper Rd stores...100% better overall service. Whatever their process is for checking in/tracking service, it is broken. They say 45-60 min wait time...but after an hour and half my vehicle still wasn't in the bay...and I had an appt! When I asked for my keys back...they couldn't find them!!! A tech took them and was just walking around with them. No apology or explanation for the manager...just "have a nice day". Again...go elsewhere, this store has lost its way. read more

Came in because I had hit a road hazard and blew 2 tires, had them replaced, finished at about 3:30 was leaving, they said my heads up would be messed up for a little and show low air but should fix soon. Drove to grab a snack before I headed to work as I was late and on my way originally before the incident, left at 4:15, low tire pressure still, attributed it to what the tech told me, get to work at 4:45, I just went outside for a 15 minute break right now at 6:30 and lo and behold FLAT TIRE! either they didn't check properly, gave me a new tire with a hole, no idea, but now they are closed, I drove another 25 miles to work and NOW IM STRANDED BECAUSE OF DISCOUNT TIRE going to have to PAY to get my car towed AGAIN and PAY to get a ride home, absolutely disgraceful service. Staff not trained. They had no idea what the red and yellow dots meant. The yellow dot placed by the tire manufacture means that is the lightest part of the tire. The yellow dot should be adjacent to the valve stem which is the heaviest part of the rim. Two of the four were correctly mounted. It really bothered me so I retured a couple of days later and talked to the store manager who was very cooperative. He worked with me and rebalanced all four wheels. Three of the four wheels required weight modifications. I will buy tires from Costco in the future. read more

The staff here are terrible! They made me sit in line for literally an hour to only then tell me my tire was too low to be filled up by them, they then told me my spare was too old to be put on according to their standards just so they could sell me a new tire..eventually I drove on the flat a quarter mile down the road to another place which had zero problem helping me fill said tire with air! I eventually made it to Big O where the tire was under warranty and they ordered me a new tire and had zero problem putting my spare tire on for me to drive in for a day until the new tire arrived the next day, this place is a bunch it scammers and I wouldn't send my worst enemy here! read more

The last thing I want to do is wait all day for my appointment. They need some kind of calling service so that agents in the store can help customers in the store and not on the phone. My actual time getting here was 8 :00 am, to fix a problem they didn't catch when I bought tires on Thursday and in again for the problem on Saturday.
