‼BEWARE. THEY ARE LIARS AND FRAUDULENT! ‼ I had a terrible experience here. I was originally quoted $270 for brake work, but after the service was already completed, they suddenly raised the price to $370 without ever telling me ahead of time. When I refused to pay more than what was quoted, they actually took my car back and started removing the parts they had just installed. I felt completely taken advantage of, especially as a woman--they were dishonest, unprofessional, and disrespectful. They were extremely rude and refused to give me my keys back after asking repeatedly. A business should never treat customers this way. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I came here a few times for tires and no problem. I asked about brakes for my wife's car and the guy gives a quote of $160. I even asked him twice to confirm that includes parts plus labor. My wife brings her car on her own , they give her a quote $100 higher but she agrees and even text me while she was negotiating with the guy . Comes back to pick up the car , the guy adds another $100 to the price and denies that he ever quoted her and proceed to be rude , disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. He takes the keys and runs inside the garage . Needless to say we were upset. Police were called to diffuse the situation.He tried to lie and take advantage of a woman , showing how low his character is and how they operate as a business. He knew he was caught in a lie and thought he was just going to get away with it. Everyone works hard for their money , too hard to give it to low integrity businesses like this that try's to scam people out of their money. They're too many better operated auto shops ,with good people running them, and better business practices to continue to spend money at a place like this. As a business owner, you've got to care enough about your reputation by ensuring a high level of service , have standard business practices like written quotes ahead of work being done so there's no misunderstanding. If you're not checking your employees on how they operate in these situations, then you're simply not on top of running your business like a business. I had originally gone to get my tires swapped only rear fit for the front I went back with my old ones but I told them that my front driver side was originally losing air they said they patched it okay great everything seemed good until the following day just when I had to go to work that same tire was COMPLETELY flat before it would stay at least with 20 psi I took it to another shop turns out the tire was never patched and my rim is broken not only was I charged for the "patched" tire but now I have to pay to have it welded read more

Don't go here if you want to get scammed! Period. Horrible customer service! Will never recommend this tire shop to anyone. In the first 24 hrs of buying two new tires the next morning I wake up to head to work notice the tire was flat! went in and wanted to exchange for a new one they couldn't offer that even though I got a trashy tire in the first place. so all they did was put air in it and supposedly patch something! I go home which is only a 5 minute drive and it starts to go flat again?! I go back to them so they can help me out! All the sudden I have two nails on my tire? The audacity they had to even argue with me and try and charge me for a crap tire! And because they had to patch it?! Even tho they gave me a crappy tires to begin with! I only came to this location because of how close it was to my home! Will never recommend this shop to anyone. I thought I'd save money going here vs Discount Tire. Big mistake because they sliced the sidewall bad on one tire. Discount would fix any damage if they caused. Not here, only "it was already like that" It holds air but as far as I'm concerned it's destroyed. Can't drive over 100 with a chunk of sidewall missing. I have a pic too, if there is an option. The $10 or $15 bucks I saved cost me one 20 inch tire I'll need to replace. read more

I drove my car with the nail in it all the way over there just for them to tell me they don't remember talking to me on the phone and said they don't have my tire. Needed to dismount some old worn out race tires and mount a new set without paying crazy discount tire fees and my buddy recommended me to this shop. Easy place to find in the downtown chandler area there's parking on both sides of the corner so if you miss the turn you have a second chance. Mando helped me out and gave me a quote for the dismount, mount and balancing that I didn't even hesitate with before we unloaded the wheels and tires. Quick service and he took care of my rims which was excellent because they aren't the cheapest wheels and I've seen horror stories at your local tire shops. read more
