On 6/25/2026 at 7:15 am The service of techs was fine and the the two gals in the middle desks were professional doing their jobs and paying attention to Clients. However the two older ladies on each end at the desk were TERRIBLE. the one acknowledges me and said we will be with you but continued to have conversation with the other lady. LOUDLY for everyone to hear. They were talking in their chairs back and forth at each other across the two who were actually working with clients so was hard for the clients to hear. Plus they were talking about another team member evidently that needed discipline or coaching which made the event even more inappropriate. Clients as they arrive should not be hearing about employee matters and gossip. They were so loud and it was such inappropriate conversation to have in that environment And the interesting thing is they were talking about how the other employee they were gossiping about was not taking care of clients and acknowledging them. I came in with a severe knee pain and my Dr. had sent me to banner Imaging. Know it's way into the following week and the x-rays never were sent. i went down there and they say there is a three to five work days you have to wait, i asked the lady at the desk, do you know if pain is involved and how long i have been waiting? she said sorry you have to wait. I am telling my Dr. office never to sent their patience to Banner lakes Imaging. read more

Simple X-ray I had an X-ray 2 days ago and am still waiting results ti receive treatment for severe pain. was told today it can take 3 days to a week. Seriously? that is not quality service from a healthcare provider. would not recommend! read more

Well here we are still....now On day 6 and still no results. The worrying I have is overwhelming and all I can do is sit and wait for them to Interpret my studies "when they get around to it." I was hesitant going here after seeing the reviews but had a wonderful experience. Took husband in for an X-ray, the staff was super friendly and helpful. We only waited 5-10 mins and were out of there by no later than 30 mins. They did switch from valley sun to banner lakes so that might be why there's a change in staff/wait time. We did go right at opening so that may have been why it was so quick. Either way, would use this place again! read more

On top of the fact that they have 3D Imaging, they are able to find cancers that are practically microscopic. A dear friend had a very rare breast cancer years ago. When the oncologist began treating her, they told her to go 'Thank' the radiologist that found the cancer, as it was VERY tiny and easily could have been missed. On Jan 17 called and schedule a PET/CT for tumor localiz from base skull to mid thigh after prostate cancer very high risk diagnosis. Appointment made for 26 Jan at 1030 am. Scheduler, Jennifer, gave a list of instructions but no information provided on insurance authorizations process. On Monday, 25th office called to request appointment to be pushed to 1130, which agreed to. Received a confirmation text message on Tuesday 26th. Wednesday morning at 822 AM received text stating the appointment had been canceled due to insurance authorization not received. Called office was told they would not keep the appointment while I called the insurance company to find out what the holdup was. Told they wouldn't reschedule me without an authorization. Called the insurance company and was told authorization was not submitted until January 20 and turnaround time was 3 to 5 business days. The authorization was not requested urgent to ensure authorization was received prior to the appointment which was less than 5 business days. Calling scheduling spoke with manager, Leanne, who told me there was nothing that she could do because it was protocol to cancel the appointment if authorization was not received the day before the appointment. And it was authorization department who handled this. But would route back to scheduling once authorization was received. This was not communicated when the schedule of appointment, or when they called to reschedule the appointment for a later time for facilities convenience, or did anyone reach out by to communicate prior to the cancellation. I was not given the opportunity to expedite the authorization process prior to banner cancelling. Now I can't get scheduled until the authorization comes back and soonest availability is over a week out. Now I can't be seen by the oncologist because the scan will not be done in time for the appointment. The manager showed no empathy or compassion or priority for patient care. Her only response was its protocol we can't help you, you have to talk to authorizations. I will not use a Banner facility again!!!!!! read more

Had a ultra sound there Dec 15 2018, my Dr. didn't get results, when I realized this, it was the end of April 2019. On my results it said a biopsy was recommended and that my nodules had grown and 4 of them were suspicious. I would have never found this out if I had not stopped in to get my results. The person who wasn't going to be in yesterday and today called me. They made one excuse after another and lied about insurance taking three weeks to get an appointment. Not so! I called my insurance and told them what trouble I was having and gave me another imaging place and I called them and got an appointment in two days. Just went to this facility for a Dexa scan. Upon entering the office I had to interrupt the person who was to do temperature check and Covid questions - she was texting on her phone - to ask if I check in with her first. Was asked to sanitize my hands first, which I did. When taking my temp, she touched my forehead with thermometer. I though this was to be touch less. Finished interview and sat to wait to be checked in. Watched this person temp check 4 more people after me, without sanitizing the thermometer. I was called up to check in counter. Brought the lack of sanitizing to the attention of the office coordinator. She said she would talk to her. While sitting at check in counter, 2 more people passed by the contaminated thermometer. I can't complain at all by the length of wait or the actual procedure. Those were both great. Just disappointed that all protocol is not being followed.. read more

Soooo our first time having a procedure here. First of all no one ever called and gave us prepping instructions for the esophagram. We called the day before and left message for someone to call us back but they never did. We got here at 7:30 this morning for our 8am procedure and waited then went up and asked and they said our appt wasn't until 9. We played for them thd voice message from Last week from the office stating it was at 8am. The receptionist actually got a bit upset with me and snooty and said "well your appt is not until 9". No apology ... nothing. We won't be coming back here ! Valley radiology is sooo much better and accommodating. read more

Not very happy with the wait times here... I'm my moms caretaker and her Dr sent us over here to have a chest X-ray done. We've been waiting about a 1 and 20 mins now. I went up and asked how much longer and was told she is up next. So 4 more people were taken back to have chest x-rays done before our up next was finally called back. So it hasn't been a very good. I would rate this business a zero if it was an option. I called to get an appointment yesterday, waited 40 minutes to be told that they couldn't make my appointment because my doctor hadn't sent his orders. I called the doctor and they said they sent it and don't know what happened. My doctor sent my orders again and I called the next day. After about 15 minutes on hold, my call was dropped. I called back again and after 46 minutes I am still waiting on hold. If you can go anywhere else, I advise you to run away from this place! read more

After having a chest Xray done without any problems, getting the results was downright challenging. My provider, as well as myself, called several times, all leaving the fax number to send the results to: not even a return call to acknowledge our request for results. After one week, I went to to Banner Lakes Imaging and was told they had the incorrect fax number for the provider. And why didn't someone note the correct number with the many messages both myself and the provider left???? Who knows? They definitely have a customer service problem! read more
