I arrived with the orders from Dr. Willmott. I was greeted & taken care of by one of the office staff right away. Very friendly office staff here. Erin & Brittany were the techs who took care of me & did my mammogram work. They are super nice, very caring & compassionate, & quite helpful. Because of my referral, I was seen as a priority patient. I recommend this office for any woman who is in need for a mammogram.

An appointment I was not looking forward to, turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Everyone who I encountered here was incredibly kind and helpful. I did not have to wait long at all. Everything was remarkably clean. The Place itself looked like a spa or a restaurant. It was a beautiful and seemed brand new. If I ever need to go for another scan, this would be my place! The place is so sterile. It smells like Band-Aids. Also, I got my results within hours. The whole experience was amazing.

I've had a nice experience with the staff at this location for imaging needs. Here's the issue I had the past week: I've had a brain scan appointment scheduled and reschedule 3 separate times due to errors or mistakes on the part of SimonMed. It's been so frustrating that I asked my neurologist to refer me to another company for my brain scan. Even though this may push out the scan further than with SimonMed, I cannot give them my business based on principle now.

Lauren is clearly an expert at getting the patient prepared for the procedure. Next up was the MRI w/out contrast and then MRI w/ contrast (about 30 minutes) and Lex (the MRI operator) explained everything every step of the way. Four years ago CICC put a port in for my step father. They always say that they do not put a port…read morein if the white blood count is over 10 because it can cause infection. They knew that my step father had pneumonia the month before which increased his white blood count. They did not check his white blood count before the port placement. We did not realize that CICC did not check his white blood count. Later we learned that his white blood count was 13.4 when the port was put in. He ended up with a massive infection, got septic and four months later he died. We will never forget the suffering he experienced after the port placement. CICC completely disregarded what happened. I would never go near them.
