I went into ADR to have a MRI done. My third one as I have a TBI . I had the nicest technician- Jacob, Very considerate, saw I walk slower than the average and never once made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. I was in and out of that MRI in 25 minutes! I highly recommend this company read more

My husband was originally scheduled for his ultrasound on 11/28 at the Ahwatukee location, but we were later contacted and told they didn't have a tech available that day, so his appointment was moved. For the rescheduled appointment, he was instructed to arrive at 6:40am for a 7:00am appointment. When he arrived, the doors were locked. A front desk staff member asked if she could help him, and when he explained he had an appointment, she told him they weren't open yet. He even showed her the text message confirming the 6:40am arrival time, and she responded in a rude and dismissive manner. The facility itself was run-down and not very clean, and the technician was late as well. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. We will be informing our provider so he can begin referring patients elsewhere read more

Imaging staff is super helpful and friendly. Front office is very unfriendly and rude. If paying out of pocket be aware of the credit card surcharge, as they do not disclose it. Also you will most likely receive a "adjusted fee" in the mail which is also not disclosed. So even if you pay in full (no insurance) at the time of the image you will be hit with more random fees. Upon asking what this fee is for they will tell you it's a "adjustment". Very unprofessional and very similar to a scam charge. read more

My knee x-ray was done on Fri. 5/8. My Dr. told me that a knee x-ray is easy to read, and he might get the results on that same day. If not, he should have them by Mon. 5/11. Here we are on Thurs. 5/14, and we finally got the results this afternoon after complaining. Incidentally, This morning, my doctor had to call you to expedite the results. This is very unacceptable! I've been laying here for a week IN PAIN. I called your recommended number this afternoon to find out why it is taking so long. I was told that she couldn't help me, but that she would call your front desk. After attempting to get in touch with them, she then came back on the line and informed me that she can't get them to answer. It was during that attempt that I got a text that the results were ready. I have never, never had to wait this long to get x-ray results from any of your other locations. I will not ever return to your location (on Baseline in Gilbert). I want to praise the front office receptionist in the very 1st booth from the front door. I have visited this location twice last week, and she was the only one who would look up from her desk to greet me. She has a very pleasant and respectful personality. She needs a raise! read more

They run on schedule and the woman who does the mammogram is delightful. The billing office is a nightmare. I have been here 4 times, and they've messed up 3/4 of them. First year I thought I had to pay because I went high deductible, they extorted $200 from me. The next year when they tried that I knew better called corrected them and then they decided to bill my actual insurance company. 3rd time all sorted no issues. Now the hellscape of the 4th year. They billed my insurance, put in the wrong location code on what they submitted to insurance (some place on the east coast), then tried to bill my out of state carrier, then tried to cover their tracks by updating the location code on their system. Next they sent me the bill 6 months later, for the last 3 months they refuse to send a bill to my insurance with the proper location code. They pull the 'let me transfer you' then hang up, the billing office is CRIMINAL. I've been on a 3 way call with them and insurance and it's the most terrible group of people on earth. I've spent hours on the phone getting the run around and I'll never go back to a dignity health facility just because of who they use for billing. read more

I attempted a closed MRI today and found out very quickly that I'm beyond claustrophobic. I'm usually one that can push through the pain or the fear and that was not the case today. Jacob was SO patient, kind and understanding. He talked with me trying to see if we could find a comfortable solution, and then came up with other options using a different type of MRI machine. Made an MRI appointment based on a referral from my doctor. On my way to this appointment got a call saying my appointment was canceled because the MRI tech was behind and could not take another patient. This was 20 min prior to the appointment. Was told the tech could not stay to accommodate my appointment. Was rescheduled at their other office at baseline the next day. This time they left a message saying their MRI machine was down and they rescheduled me to another location in Apatchy Junction . Unreliable technicians and equipment. Called the scheduling department, got a rep that did not even care about the multiple drop in service. Asked for a supervisor and she transferred me to another rep to just get rid of me. Canceled the appointment due to the incompetence of this company. A joke of a company read more

I have been seen at 2 locations . One for an xray and the other for an MRI. Scheduling was very easy . Both locations, Superstition Springs and on Mercy Road had welcoming and pleasant ladies at the front desk. The technicians for both services were professional. My results were read and available to view within a few hours. So far there has been no hassle with billing . My past experience was with Simon Med. They could never get the billing correct .... Extremely unprofessional, got a referral for an MRI from my Doctor(9/03)they were concerned about my pacemaker and said they would call back, after not hearing anything I called back 2 weeks later and still nothing. Today is the 24th and I called again, I was informed they still don't know, my Dr appointment is on Monday, probably not enough time to get it done now! read more

This facility is poorly run. It's like a McDonalds drive thru...get them in, make them pull around and wait. Appt time 3:30 for 3TMRI, arrive 20 min. Taken back for MRI at 3:20...sat till 4 when we asked what the problem was, they said the machine was down....why didn't they tell us so we could reschedule??? Use the Park Central or Ahwatukee, they are kind, caring and efficient. read more

Why do they tell you to show up for check-in at 7:30 when the staff doesn't arrive and unlock the doors until 8?? I've had this happen twice at two different locations. also showed up for a PET scan, got injected with the radioactive stuff, THEN was told the machine was broken and I'd have to reschedule! will be going to Banner for anything I need in the future! read more

Completely unprofessional and deceptive. Was told upon check in they accepted BCBS and were in network, given my copay, only to find out months later they were not in network (mysteriously for 45 days) so my insurance did not cover it and now they want to send me to collections for thousands of dollars. This company refuses to take responsibility for their billing errors. I have a letter from the parent company that shows a zero balance but the are unable to fix it in their system. I was told to call every 30 days so it won't go to collections. This is unacceptable read more

Greg The CT tech was wonderful! He is everything medical care is and should be. He walked me back and made me feel immediately at ease, answered all my questions, and treated me with the upmost respect, even walked me back to the front door. Check in on line was quite easy but one of the front area check in staff is openly rude. Yelling instructions to people in line. My recommendation- make sure your insurance covers imaging services at Banner Health. This is a Dignity Health facility. No dignity being doled out here. read more

Showed up 20 minutes prior, was told they were running 40-45 minutes behind. Fifty minutes later they just told me they are still "45 minutes behind." And to add insult to injury, "Would you like to reschedule?" Where is customer service? 100% unacceptable. Simon Imaging is just as bad. It's one thing to make an error on your behalf with putting the time in wrong but telling me my check in time is wrong when I show the front desk woman my text message that states the time. Basically said I was lying as I showed her the text/email. The lack of care from the workers is absurd. If you don't like your job don't work there. People come in sick and they don't care. Older/sick people are fasting for hours and coming in to delayed timing making them miss their medications. Also cussing while people are in the lobby is disrespectful. I hope you're able to hire a caring staff one day. Till then I won't be back. read more

I received a phone call today from their Provider Services Representative. She stated that she had seen my Yelp review and was very concerned about my issues. She promised me that she would make sure additional training was administered to the front desk clerk, especially since Ironwood Cancer Research Center is one of her prominent local relationships. She also stated that she had not received either of my phone messages so there was a slight breakdown in the call center in not making this a priority by having them contact her so that she could correct the situation. After this in-depth phone call, I feel more confident that my next visit will be a sterling one. She also admitted that if no one tells them of their experiences, their staff would not know they need to improve performance to make sure they are meeting patient's expectations. I thank Yelp for assisting me as they may not have ever known of this incident without this posting. read more
