    Stay away - not safe!!! I've been coming here for 10 hrs - last time too. 1 star MRI Was completed: quality of it unsure. Tech did NOT use gloves to inject contrast! When asked for another ear plug his response " they are all the same..." mine was not fitting in one ear. No gloves when he squished them down. I asked for another pillow for under knees to ease extreme pain. Tech did not acknowledge and pushed the pillow up towards my back. I suffered through. Gown was so small I had NO backside coverage. No care privacy! Next patient, and anyone entering area had full view of my back side-underwear. Lucky for them, I'm big girl and was wearing some. I made a joke because it was uncomfortable. No regard for patient's privacy, or simple human compassion. Hazardous to health and safety! Extremely filthy, 5 rodent traps just in waiting area, cracked uneven floor tiles, old and dusty, smells, poor lighting, and broken blinds etc. Thankfully, I avoided using bathroom.

I patiently waited in line for my turn and eventually reached the front of the line. At that point, the clerk acknowledged me and asked if I could wait for a minute. I understood that there may have been a reason for the delay and was willing to be patient. However, while I was waiting, another patron walked up to the counter after I had already reached the front of the line. Instead of assisting me as promised, the clerk proceeded to help the other patron first, leaving me standing there and waiting even longer. I found this experience frustrating and discourteous. As a customer who had waited my turn, I expected to be served in the order in which I arrived. Being overlooked in favor of someone who came after me made me feel that my time and patience were not valued. I understand that mistakes can happen, and I am not seeking to cause trouble. However, I believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention so that staff can be reminded of the importance of serving customers fairly and in the order they arrive.     Never, ever, ever do business with SimonMed. 1. They make…read moreimaging appointments BEFORE receiving approval from health insurance for the imaging. If the approval isn't received before the appointment, they will cancel the appointment and then text you until you call in to reschedule. 2. When you call back to reschedule, you have to explain everything all over again and you usually get different prep insructions for the same image request. 3. When you try to use their website, you can't use your cell phone number for a second account. I was my husband's caregiver and now I am my mother's and they won't let her have an account because I have the same cell phone number. Why ANY company would make a phone number a key database field is beyond me. 4. The online chat leads you only to FAQ pages...not to a person who can actually help you.

Why am I being told this the DAY before the appointment?! Absolutely ridiculous. Because of this I'll need to now schedule an appointment with the pcp to get another referral if his scan is not done by Wednesday. Rescheduled again. Called the next day and confirmed appointment time. Walked in and said appointment was triple booked and attempted to call my dad's phone the day of appointment even though I called two hours before to confirm appointment time. I'm blown away on how terrible this experience has been. I will never use Simon Med again after this.
