This is my second lychee fresh fruit smoothie that I've had to ask them to remake because they are not blending the ice finely enough. The smoothie has large chucks of ice that hurt your teeth and distract from the flavor. I don't understand why this continues to happen here. UPDATE: Ordered another lychee smoothie and it not only was it equivalent to chewing on ice crystals, they also left a quarter of the drink empty. My apple fritter donut was small and not fully glazed. I'd suggest not going through the drive thru so you can monitor what they serve to you. UPDATE 1/26/19: Smoothie was watered down, not sweet or flavorful, and had ice chucks that had to be chewed in every sip. I can't justify giving anymore second chances. read more

Pains me to write this. I've frequented this place more times than I can count. Over the last month or so, they seem to have had changes in staff. They may or may not have had changes in management, wouldn't be surprised if this were true. I had a bad experience this last month, my entire order was wrong. I waited 25 minutes in line, came home, the only thing that was accurate was one smoothie. Every single donut (Ordered a dozen) was wrong, the other smoothie was wrong. Granted, I should have checked, either way, it sucked. I called, the manager didn't seem to care. Before the changes in staff, the wait times have taken a lot longer. Understandable, but damn...its been a month. Management needs to better train their employees, as they always seem to be flustered. THE EXPERIENCE I HAD LAST NIGHT THOUGH. I ALMOST VOMITTED ON MY WAY BACK TO THE WEST VALLEY. I ordered a blueberry filled donut, JFC that was so good. AHH SO GOOD. I ordered a taro smoothie with regular boba. I waited about ten minutes. I was tired af so I didn't bother to check the smoothie because, what could go wrong with my usual amazing smoothie? They make their smoothies with milk. HINT HINT. I get on the freeway, take a sip of my smoothie, just kidding I don't...because I forgot they have this bad habit of giving you straws that are too small for the fucking boba to go through. Don't support this Donut Shop, it is a family owned businessed however they use that to their advantage by not paying hired trainees for their training hours. It is illegal to not pay people for training hours and the manager refuses to acknowledge this when I presented PDFs. The owners are Khmer/Cambodian like me, however I myself do not speak Khmer and the owner is aware of this. Despite that, they only communicated with my mother in Khmer about pay. I asked them to tell me my future schedule hours and they said they'd text me. 4 days later I recieve no word so I text them myself and am suddenly told the other new employee was hired instead of me. I was not even told that I wasn't hired, yet I was still called in for training. I understand why I wasnt time stamped for my trainee hours now, and I have the feeling I was discriminated for not being able to speak Khmer. I can't say that we're obsessed with donuts or anything, but we get these ridiculous cravings a couple of times a month and swiftly polish off half a dozen each while watching Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition. Arizona Donut Co. is owned by the same people that brought us Bosa Donuts, which in short means the donuts cannot be beat. Service here is always very quick and extra friendly, the prices are reasonable to cheap, and it's open twenty four hours a day. The only thing keeping away my last star is that we tend to show up late night, three or four a.m., with our mighty cravings, and more often than not they are out of a couple of things. While this is forgivable seeing that they aren't getting a lot of business at that time, I wouldn't feel right giving it a full five stars when we sometimes have to settle for a slightly less delicious sugary treat. They make donuts freshly in the wee hours of the night so if you are looking for a specific donut get there early because they tend to run out of certain items in the afternoon (like the cheap 12 for a $1 donut holes *cough-cough*). To make things better there is even a drive through if you are too lazy to come in for yourself. My favorite here is the plain glazed! It always has a nice doughy chew with just the right amount of sweetness. Plus these donuts keep well, I once kept them for three days and they were still edible. So I had to come try this place for myself since some co-workers state this place is the best. Better than Bosa Donuts they say so I went in and tried a few donuts but nothing wowed me when I came in. It's a older place that hasn't had any renovations since the 90's. Looks like it use to be an old school Burger King joint with the cushions all ripped up. So the raspberry filled donut and the Chocolate glazed ones were nothing I can't find at Fry's or Safeway. The type of donuts my employees got were the donut holes filled with multiple types of jelly and they were 3x the regular size. They were very good but that's all I would come back for. read more

It had been oversteamed(?) in the making. I wanted the big one and so returned the small one. She had told the truth. It was too airy. But then why display it? False advertising? I pointed out to her that she shouldn't display the bad bagels. She walked away. I called out to her and she ignored me. I asked the other girl to have her come back and explain her behavior. She came back and got mad and rude and told me to leave and mocked me when I said I wasn't coming back anymore. I drove thrugh Sunday, January 24, 2016 at approx 2:15 pm. Every time I have ordered 2 dozen filled donut holes they have come nicely laid out in a box. 1 dozen have always been in a bag. Today my 2 dozen filled holes came in a bag, and when I told the person in the window I was always given 2 dozen holes in a box. His reply was "who gave you a box?" He chuckled like it was some kind of joke. I told him this was a bunch of shit, and drove off with a bag of 2 dozen filled donut holes in which the bottom 8 to 12 holes were all smashed!
