The drinks did not taste good. U can taste the mixture they out into it. The vanilla boba drink tasted like medicine, it had a strong after taste that wasn't very pleasant. And why is my drink soo expensive this is not worth the price one bit. Atmosphere: drive through Customer service: 5/5 Food: 1/5 Value: 1/5

Fridays, as long as I've lived in AZ & worked at my current role, are "Donut Fridays". When I used to work in-office, a longtime employee would always bring in donuts on Fridays. In keeping with that tradition since 2020, I've regularly gone thru the drive thru of Arizona Donut Co on Fridays (among a few other places around Tempe). They have a $4 or $5 minimum on credit card purchases, so instead of buying just a donut and coffee (normally $2-3), I have been buying a breakfast combo - comes with a massive croissant sandwich (one of the largest I've ever eaten), a side of 5-6 donut holes (YES PLEASE), and a drink. Being that I drink iced coffee only, there's a slight up-charge for going from a hot coffee (the standard drink for a combo) and adding in any syrup flavoring. Iced coffee is served in a boba cup/straw. It's not the best but it does the job. The donut holes are some of the best ever- buy those up in bulk if you need some for yourself, your family, and/or a party. TLDR- if you love donuts and/or breakfast, support this local biz.

Used to be my favorite place to grab doughnuts but the quality has gone down. They are regularly out of basic doughnuts. The size is inconsistent too. Charging full price for a doughnut half the size of others is wild.

I had their regular cold brew with a splash of cream and a Sunrise Sandwich- both were so good! The cold brew had a lovely aftertaste that in my opinion, reminded me of dark chocolate and whiskey. Service was also fantastic- the lovely barista was thorough in her explanations of each cold coffee option to help me find what I was looking for! My sandwich was also lovely- the Sunrise Sandwich on an Everything Bagel is easily my favorite breakfast sandwich in Tempe. The Basil Pesto adds a bit of freshness to an otherwise very rich sandwich. Also stopped in a few more times on my evening walks for a Lavender Haze (seasonal earl grey sage honey drink: EXCELLENT!) and their seasonal energy drink- it was a Sunset Spritz (energy with grapefruit pink cordial): both delicious. Happy to say service has improved greatly. Employees are on task and happy to answer my questions. The drinks on the seasonal menu are very good, and their classics are also great. If you're going to go soon, I'm a big fan of the Sage honey and a big fan of the cordial syrup on the 2026 Spring Menu. Will definitely be hitting Infusion up for some future study sessions. Glad to see Infusion takes customer feedback seriously.

I even mixed it at the bottom with a straw hoping there was more flavor and sweetness, but the bitterness was more intense. I apologized to the front and said I'm sorry to have to ask, but if they could remake it for something else. They wanted to know what was wrong and I explained. The lady gave me a snarky comment and said, "yeah you got Vietnamese coffee, that's what it will taste like". That's definitely not true, I've had Vietnamese coffee plenty of times and it was delicious. The gentlemen who was making the coffee was nice and said he would look into their supply. He remade my coffee for their salted caramel. It was very mild, wish the flavor had been more pronounced. But overall it wasn't a bad drink. Overall this place has become a pass for me.

When I first moved here, I stopped in out of curiosity, and I still remember how genuinely kind and welcoming every employee was. As someone who was new to the area, that first impression meant a lot. Three years later, the same warm atmosphere keeps me coming back. Their hours have always worked perfectly with my schedule, giving me a comfortable place to study after work. There is plenty of seating, and best of all, lots of outlets, which has been a lifesaver for someone like me with an ancient laptop that seems to lose battery the moment I turn it on! Beyond the amazing coffee and cozy ambiance, what really sets this place apart is its commitment to the community. They regularly host events that are open to the public and even keep an event calendar posted so customers can stay informed. I've also seen them partner with organizations like Prisma HealthCare to offer free health screenings, which speaks volumes about how much they care about the people they serve. This isn't just a coffee shop. It's a place where you feel welcomed, supported, and connected. Between the wonderful employees, delicious coffee, inviting atmosphere, and genuine sense of community, it's easy to see why I've been a loyal customer for so long.
