Amen to the Crumbl Cookie Gods for coming through this time around! I missed the Dubai Chocolate Brownie last time when it was all hyped up on social media. Thankfully I caught it this time. I placed my order through the app and picked it up at their Tempe location. If you know where 333 is, it's basically a few steps away. I was worried my order might be given away (happened to a friend after she ordered) or that they would run out of ingredients to make them since that's what happened last time. I called omw there to make sure my order went through as the app was telling me they had an issue processing it. I was relieved when the lady said that they had my order. I pulled up to the curb right in front of the store and an employee came out to bring it to me curbside. That was nice since that small area in front is a valet spot for the 333 restaurant next door. My Dubai Chocolate Brownies are delish! J can't eat the whole thing in 1 sitting, lol. It's a LOT of chocolate so I cut it up into bite size cubes and freeze them. I then pop them out whenever the craving hits. The service was great, and I appreciated the friendly employees. I don't always go to Crumbl, but when I get an itch, I'll know to come here! I came here for the Dubai Chocolate Cheesecake and I'm glad they had it in stock since I'd ordered online. The store is clean and the employee that day was friendly and helpful. The only downside of this location is that you can select curbside but there's literally nowhere to park curbside anymore since there's a new Valet right in front/next to the Crumbl store. I think they should disable this option for this location. read more

Tried Crumbl for the first time and I can definitely see the appeal. The rotating flavors and creative takes on classic desserts are a fun concept, and the presentation is a nice touch--each cookie looks like it belongs in a bakery display case. That said, I found the texture to be much more cake-like than cookie, which just isn't my personal preference. If you enjoy crumbly, thick, almost cupcake-style cookies, you'll probably love it. For me, it was a bit too much--especially with how overwhelmingly sweet some of the flavors are. After just a few bites, it felt like sugar overload. I enjoy dropping into this Crumbl location for a sweet treat. I usually order ahead through the mobile app and when I get there my order is ready to go. Though my interactions with the staff tend to be limited, they have always been friendly. Depending on time of day there are sometimes parking spots available right out front but otherwise there is a free garage for parking as well. Overall a pleasant experience every time! read more

If Gordon Ramsay ever ate a cookie here you would be able to hear his extreme cantankerous bellow from miles away shouting: "IT'S RAWWWW!!" Yep. Got served an undercooked cookie. The Orange Julius cookie I got was very pale looking, floppy and was so doughy tasting I knew instantly they hadn't cooked it for long enough but by the time I realized this I was already at home. I also wasn't a fan of the frosting. It was so sickeningly sweet. I also got a Neapolitan cookie which was better but compared to a raw and exceedingly sweet cookie there's nowhere to go but up. I appreciate the unique flavors but the execution leaves something to be desired. While the Neapolitan cookie was at least fully baked, I felt it had a strange taste to it from the chocolate part of the cookie. My total for 2 cookies was over $9 with tax. Not really worth it to me! The only redeeming grace was the friendly service. read more

Love Crumbl! Their cookies are insanely delicious and fluffy. We got their raspberry cheesecake, their nutella, their macadamia nut, and peanut butter. I seriously can't decide which one I enjoyed most, but if I had to pick a favorite, gun to my head, it would be macadamia nut. Each one, nay each bite, is an absolute oh-my-god feeling on your tongue. They last for days, so you can save them at home and indulge gradually over the week. Best of all, the prices aren't half-bad. You can get a box of four for $12, and considering the portion sizes, it's so worth it. Crumbl is my favorite cookie chain and this is another great location in North Tempe across the Salt River bridge just south of Scottsdale. Service by Manager Anna was excellent. I had a Butterfinger cookie(my favorite candy bar topping)and a chocolate cupcake cookie with a generous amount of chocolate icing. They have a large variety rotating new kinds regularly. The food came really quickly and my order was actually 100% correct which is amazing! I ordered the sweet crêpe of Nutella and banana, and it was the best thing I've ever eaten! Also one of my favorite foods! I also got the BLT with avocado and it was so so so so good! I was really impressed with the fact that I got everything right it was delivered quickly and the food was actually amazing even on takeout. I highly recommend checking this place out. It was so so so good. I'm not sure about the ambience of this place because I had to be delivered, but I would probably check it out in their actual location because it was such a great experience

The cake layers tasted like a sponge cake with slightly dry edges (a little over-baked). I think the espresso layers were mousse and not too sweet. It was topped with a chocolate covered espresso bean that was tasty as well. Overall it was a nice afternoon treat. I would like to go back sometime and try their Japanese cheesecake, and their raisin bread loaf too.

You can also order a whole cake, but I would assume you'd have to place that order in advance. Prices seem fair, the service is fast and friendly, and the shop is clean. They don't have any tables inside, so it's a grab-and-go kind of place. It's located in a corner strip mall with decent parking. I would come back again, and when I do, I'm getting a slice of cheesecake!! =)

Milk teas and coffee are good here, but I would pass on the syrupy fruit drinks.
