I call my doctor today Friday April 25,2025 and they don't have them either. I went on the labcorp website and there are NO tests or Tests results. With it being late, I will be going to Urgent Care on Saturday. This is Not the 1st time Labcorp has screwed up and I don't want to use them again. EVER!!! I left them an after hours message and I am very angry, in pain, and not willing to go to the ER because my insurance is changing over in a couple days. I was told when I went to the one on Wilmot & Broadway that they have changed to Appt only but I could sign in and wait. So I did. Labcorp doesn't cut it in labwork.

I was in terrible pain and she prescribed a medicine that tore up my stomach. I had told her that I cannot take statins and she prescribed a statin. She claimed that she discussed obesity with me, but it never happened. I went to her for excruciating back and leg pain. She wouldn't even order an MRI until I had to go to the hospital for the pain.

They can do xray, bloodwork, and even have a pharmacy! The FIRECRACKERS at the Broadway location were amazing to me on Sunday. I have been coughing and wheezing for 3 weeks and finally had enough. Each member of the teaam was very nice to me and even though they were really busy and it took longer than probably normal, I was really happy They made sure to xray my chest and take blood to ensure they narrowed down the diagnosis as much as possible. After receiving some much needed treatment and some proper medications, I left feeling 10x better then when I arrived. I am hopeful that in the next week I can finally kick this!

It's that kind situation everywhere now. My only concern was checking out and getting my meditation. I believe the 2 girls were new and the 15 minutes it took yo check out wasn't the issue. It was the lack of confidence I had because they were outwardly loud about not knowing about the medicine, how to log it, who it was going too, etc. It made me really nervous. They were looking in a manual and almost arguing with each other about how to do what. It was a tad off putting but I'm hoping it's just part of having new employees maybe?

I had a very frustrating experience at this imaging center. My doctor sent me with a work order for…read moreX-rays, but the technician did not complete all of the imaging that was listed on the doctor's order. After I left, they later told me that they had made a mistake. When I returned to have the remaining X-rays done, they couldn't even find the original order in their system, and my doctor had to send a completely new order. Today when I came back again, I was told that X-rays are walk-in only. Despite that, I waited for over an hour and a half. While I was still waiting, they took another patient who arrived about 40 minutes after I did. When I brought this to their attention and complained about the situation, the staff showed very little concern and did not seem to care about resolving the issue. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. Not completing the doctor's order the first time, losing the paperwork, and then making patients wait excessively while taking others ahead of them is extremely frustrating. I hope the facility improves its organization and patient care so others don't have to go through the same experience.
