Zero stars wasn't an option so.....What a circus clown of a staff - older, thin, longer grayish, haired employee had to be the stupidest person I've ever encountered at a gun shop since moving to the state last summer - I asked about a 20 round mag for a pistol AR build I just completed to keep it packaged small and tight in a backpack - he said "no one in AZ wants 20 round mags, everyone wants 40 rounders", then proceeded to say "you must be foreign or something". I just ignored it as other customers were in the store looking confused at the guys comments - I then asked about a a selector, and asked if I could take it out to inspect - mine you the package wasn't sealed and just popped open - the same employee had a dumbfounded look and said "if you must" - I looked at him wondering if the virus had gotten to his senses, because he had none - after that comment, I walked out, headed to another shop down the way, bought a suppressor, Mount, and shot at their range, and was several hundred dollars well spent - not sure what swamp the staff at AZ Firearms is from, and how they are still in business - I say visit at your own risk read more

I went in on saturday 22 to see if they had a rifle I had been looking for in stock. Unfortunately they did not, but offered to special order it in for me. After paying for it (the rifle was cheaper then any competitor I had seen), they offered to do the background check as well (to make pick up easier, which I really appreciate). After the transaction was complete they showed me the scopes they had in stock, allowing me to see the difference between ffp and sfp and between illuminated and non-illuminated scopes. It helped me decide which scope I wanted (I ultimately purchased a different brand online, but their assistance really helped me choose the correct scope). If I can recall the gentleman's name was Josh, extremely helpful and has great customer service skills. This was a shock due to my experiences with other gun stores I have been too. He did a great job of answering my questions and any questions my friend had as well. I am mostly into pistols and shotguns, so scopes has been something I have very little experience with. This store will become on of few gun stores I will shop at. My rifle also came in 3 days earlier then expected and the pick up was quick and easy, only 3 gun stores I have been too has been that way (others have opened the seal and handled the firearm prior to my arrival, I appreciate they are one of the few that allow me to be the first one to open the box and take it out of the plastic to make sure its correct. Very informative and helpful. I Took a few guns in to sell as well as some boxes of ammo. The entire staff got involved to ensure that I was given a fair price. They even told went as far to tell me that one of the rifles would most likely get another $350-$400 from a private buyer due to its' age and condition. I appreciated that because it showed that it's not all about making profit, but making sure the customer is given a fair deal as well. I will definitely be going back here in the future. read more

Stopped in for the first time last week because I wanted to special order a Canik TP9sf Elite. When I say all the guys that work here are awesome, I mean EVERY.SINGLE. I sold and purchased multiple firearms at this location they were very helpful had a great attitude and made it happen. I would highly recommend them these people are definitely knowledgeable and know what they are talking about. I was looking for a new handgun, I couldn't decide between 2 different models. We went to Arizona Firearms to check them out. It was definitely the most comfortable I've felt looking at guns, without the salesman looming over me. He stayed close and answered all my questions without making me feel stupid. I was able to pick up a Springfield XDS 9mm. My husband had a firearm already but was looking to trade it for something else. He ended up getting the S&W M&P .45. I had a delay on my application due to being a permanent resident, I was told it would likely take 3 business days to hear back from the FBI. We were at the store around 5pm on a friday night so I wasn't expecting much, Greg called me the next day to tell me everything was cleared and I was good to go. Although we didn't plan on buying 2 firearms, I'm glad we did. The experience was fantastic, the staff were all wonderful, and not to mention the prices were lower than the other stores we had visited. Very satisfied. Thanks guys! read more

I was In the market to buy a couple new guns, I am the type of guy that does my research. so once I decided I was going to buy a gun I researched for about a month to make sure I knew everything about the gun. And how much to pay for it. It turned out that the gun I was going to buy was going on sale at a big box store. I went to check it out. When I asked the lady behind the counter to see the AR I was looking for, she stated that she didn't know what that gun was or where it was..... so I left knowing that I wanted the advise of a pro not someone that was stuck behind a desk with no experience. On my way home I stopped at Arizona firearms and told everyone in there knew everything about the gun they broke it down for me showed me how to oil it and take care of it. All before I even told them I wanted to buy it. I told them about the sale at the other store and he matched the price and gave me some other discounts on ammo and gear.
