Walked in a few weeks ago and was immediately pounced on by the guy with the viking haircut. Tried to tell him I wanted to look around for a little bit, but he wouldn't accept that and pushed me on what I was looking for. Had a short conversation with him and when he rolled his eyes at me, the lady with the black hair and eyeliner took over. Long story short, I left pissed off without even getting a chance to look at the inventory, and I'll never be back. Rude, snotty, dismissive and pushy. In short, all the things you're not supposed to be with a customer. I checked the reviews here, thinking maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but I found some other reviews complaining about the same thing, and the most telling thing was the owner responding to each negative review and insulting the person who left it. That's indicative of a top-down issue, and the employees got their tone and demeanor from the owner. I managed an independent retail location in another part of the country, and we did well. The customer isn't always right, and is in fact frequently dead wrong. How you handle that as a business is critical. Now look for the owner to stalk my reviews, review the tapes and talk shit about me. Before you respond, I want you to know that I had $3,250 in cash in an envelope in my pocket when I walked in, and I had every intention of spending it. Guess who got that money instead? Arizona Firearms Gilbert. The staff there was friendly, and simply said "Yeah, we can get that for you." Zero attitude, no unsolicited and aggressive advice. Nasty, rude, fraudulent experience with dealing with my new gun purchase. Didn't provide any receipt, heard a lot of complaints about customers who bought ammunition and now running low during purchase day. I had to go call, email with no response to needing my receipt. Had to return and call after given the inaccurate receipt with not the correct sale date, no serial number or model number on receipt. I was trying to explain this to the black haired heavy build woman, but wouldn't listen only wanted to talk over me and argue. Turns out I was sold what was presented as a new sidearm, when actually it was a consignment gun. She claimed today that when I was taking pics of different display guns I wrote the model and price of 4 different guns. She claims that when I was taking pictures she told me it was a used consignment gun. Thats a total lie, whey would she say that when I was not even decided or if I was interested in any ? Seems like a horrible experience and extremely poor buisness practices. Very overpriced for used consignment guns. Beware that this place has definitely deceived by presenting used new firearms as new. They also were going to give receipt for $500 not the $600 actually paid. Suspicious of sales tax evasion by giving me a better price when paying cash. After 3 attempts to get an accurate receipt still no customer name even listed or signed by either seller or buyer. read more

I wasn't expecting much to be in inventory due to the recent panic buying caused by the patently preplanned, purposely produced pandemic "crisis" and resulting financial and emotional terrorism unpardonably perpetrated by our ponderously pernicious, amoral so called leaders in government. But, I was pleasantly surprised to find the precise part that I was looking for happened to be in stock and available for purchase. The retail space is small, and inventory was in fact low, but the young lady that was helping customers was perceptibly pleasant and professional, as well as visually pleasing. Quality customer service goes a long way. Bought my first gun here. The owner could have sold me anything and I would have bought it but thank god for honest and knowledgeable professionals. He sold me a Glock 27. I checked the receipt recently and it was very reasonably priced (this review is more then a year over-do).
